Even Naruto Uzumaki was equipped with special powers as he had access to the Nine-Tails. But, there are a few ninjas in the Naruto world who possess special powers despite not being from any famed clan or having a Kekkei Genkai. Among them, Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, stands out the most.

Minato Namikaze Was The Most Special Ninja Without Kekkei Genkai

Minato Was The Fourth Hokage Of Konoha

• He did not possess any Kekkei Genkai
• He wasn't from any special clan

Minato Namikaze was the legendary Fourth Hokage of Konoha, known to possess tremendous strength. Unlike most, Minato wasn't born into a special clan. He had no connection to the Senju, and there is no record of his Namikaze family being skilled in any way in the story. Yet, Minato was feared all over the world.

What makes this even more shocking is the fact that Minato didn't have a Kekkei Genkai either. He trained all abilities of his abilities to the absolute best level possible, and mastered arts such as high-level ninjutsu and fuinjutsu. All that, combined with his speed, made him the most special ninja in Naruto without a Kekkei Genkai.

Minato was an absolute monster. In fact, he ended up becoming so strong that he was one of the youngest Kage to ever rise in the story. Minato was solely responsible for the end of the Third Great Ninja War, and a “flee on sight” order was issued by enemy villages just for him. His overall power was absolutely tremendous and Kishimoto always made sure to give him his flowers. In the entire story, there is no ninja that holds a power level as tremendous as Minato without Kekkei Genkai and special clan connections. One ninja certainly does come close, and that's Might Guy.

Might Guy Is Up There With The Best Ninjas Without A Kekkei Genkai

Guy Is A Taijutsu Expert

Although not as skilled or as flexible as Minato in combat, fans know for a fact that Might Guy is also incredibly powerful. He doesn't have a Kekkei Genkai either, although he does come from a special line of skilled Taijutsu users. Right now, Konoha has even established a Lee Clan, which has ninjas like Lee, specializing in Taijutsu. Regardless, Guy was still a genius, and at his peak, even stronger than Minato, thanks to the 8th Gate of Death.

Of course, Guy cannot be considered the strongest when his 8th Gate is just a one-time use. At his Seventh Gate, he can't compete with the likes of Minato, which is why overall, Minato takes the title of the most special ninja without any Kekkei Genkai or special clan connections.
