The Rinnegan is unquestionably the strongest Dojutsu in the entire Naruto series. It was introduced in the second part of the story; otherwise it would have negatively impacted the series. The Rinnegan is a special Dojutsu that can only be wielded by people who have attained a certain power level or if they belong to a certain lineage.
Initially, there were only a few Naruto characters who possessed the Rinnegan, but a lot more names have been added to the list, including that of Sasuke Uchiha. The Uchiha came into possession of the Rinnegan towards the end of the Fourth Great Ninja War.

Sasuke Uchiha's Rinnegan Was Extremely Overpowered

Sasuke Uchiha was given the Rinnegan by Hagoromo Otsutsuki, the Sage of Six Paths. The Otsutsuki handed the Uchiha his ocular power, which significantly increased Sasuke's strength. With the newfound ability, Sasuke was able to stand up to the likes of Madara and Kaguya (both of whom had powers comparable to the Sage of Six Paths himself). Despite getting the Rinnegan so late in the story, Sasuke learned to use almost all of its abilities in next to no time. In fact, Sasuke's maneuvering of the Rinnegan surprised Kurama, who compared him to Hagoromo Otsutsuki.
In addition to mastering the basic abilities, Sasuke can also cast high-level Genjutsu on his opponents. He even trapped the tailed beasts with the Genjutsu and then used Planetary Devastation to restrict their movement. However, none of these abilities could compare to Amenotejikara. It is a skill that is unique to Sasuke's Rinnegan, and it allows him to swap places instantly with an object or another person. With the Amenotejikara, Sasuke could bypass the toughest defenses and avoid critical hits. Sasuke could also set up his allies so that they would land strikes on their enemy. For all his strength and skill, there is one character who is much stronger than Sasuke.
Shibai Otsutsuki Is The Strongest Rinnegan User In The Series
Shibai Otsutsuki is a new character who was introduced in Boruto: Naruto Next Generation. While he is considered a character, he is actually thought of as a God. Shibai Otsutsuki lived the Otsutsuki way, which was to move from planet to planet consuming chakra fruits and rebirthing through the Karma. Ultimately, he reached a point where these things didn't matter. He ascended to the next level and became nothing short of a God.
As a result, Shibai developed Shinjutsu, which could be cast without any hand signs. The absence of signs didn't affect the potency of his attacks. It is said that just a wave of Shibai's hand could conjure up storms, while his roar could bring forth lightning blasts. Shibai had a Rinnegan on his forehead, and it's safe to assume that he mastered the Dojutsu. The existence of such a powerful character would have put the entire ninja world in jeopardy. Fortunately, Shibai has left behind his mortal body and exists on a higher plane.

Sasuke Uchiha is one of the most loved characters within the Naruto franchise. He won the fans over with his charisma and strength. As one of the main characters in Naruto, Sasuke featured heavily in the series. He received numerous power-ups and won fights against the likes of Deidara, Itachi, and Killer B. However, things have changed in Boruto.
Before the series even started, fans expected Sasuke to be less involved, but they would never, in their right minds, think that he would be disrespected. Ikemoto is not a bad writer by any means, but he hasn't handled either Naruto or Sasuke well. The author has robbed them of their strongest abilities, due to which they look like a shadow of their former selves. Naruto had Kurama taken away, one of his closest friends. Sasuke suffered a scathing attack on his Rinnegan. Fans are hoping that Ikemoto will change his approach and respect the two greats more.
