Mu's Unmatched Skills

One of the Strongest and Wisest Kage in History

Even though Mu received much less screen time in Naruto, it was enough to show what kind of Shinobi he is. First of all, Lord Mu is a collected and calm person holding the position of the Second Tsuchikage. His knowledge was enough to develop the village, which was always his main goal. In addition, he can certainly be called one of the most talented ninjas, as he learned and even created several impressive jutsu:

Mu Cannot Be Noticed Until He Allows It

Another name for Lord Mu is Non-Person, received due to his unique camouflage jutsu. Using Water Release, he could become invisible and completely erase his presence. As a result, regardless of whether using visual or sensory techniques, he was undetectable.

Aside from Mu, there are only a few characters in Naruto who have similar stealth abilities, as even the Byakugan has trouble spotting the second Tsuchikage. In other words, he can destroy any target while remaining undetected, especially considering that his combat abilities are not inferior to stealth.

Lord Mu mastered Ninjutsu and could split into two in case of danger. But of course, each of the clones only has half the total strength. To top it off, the second Tsuchikage has fast reflexes and in addition, has high chakra sensitivity. Thus, he could easily avoid deadly and fast attacks, such as Naruto's Planetary Rasengan.

Mu Wielded a Unique Kekkei Tota Suitable for Annihilating Anything

While most of Naruto's strongest techniques are Kekkei Genkai or combinations of multiple nature transformations using genetic abilities, Mu created something more complex and powerful, namely Kekkei Tota.

His Kekkei Tota or Dust Release technique combines Earth, Wind, and Fire Release to create a small three-dimensional object. Once launched at a target, the object would expand in size, but more importantly, it would destroying anything in its path on a molecular level.

This way Mu could easily destroy an entire battlefield in just a few seconds, making him one of the deadliest Kage in history. It is also worth noting that despite the difficulty of using Dust Release, it is possible to learn it, as the Third Tsuchikage, Onoki, did, without being related to Mu by blood.
