With the first round of the NBA Playoffs reaching its conclusion, NBA 2K22 rolls out new content for the next round while revealing some rewards for players who participated in the opening series. Players who took part in the first NBA 2K22 Playoff Agenda now have an idea of which players will be obtainable by completing those challenges.A new edition to the Takeoff series also hit the market, giving players a great opportunity to claim some of the best new cards available. 2K Games continues to release new content for its player base, and there's never a shortage of ways to improve rosters for MyTeam, giving everyone a good chance at competing for available prizes.RELATED: NBA 2K22 MyTeam Triple Threat and Clutch Time Rewards Revealed As part of the Playoff Agenda, the First Round Player Group reveals four new Dark Matter units and an additional four Galaxy Opal players. Boston Celtics' Marcus Smart, Dallas Mavericks' Jalen Brunson, Golden State Warriors' Jordan Poole, and Phoenix Suns' Mikal Bridges all make up the new Dark Matter players introduced. Smart and Poole are excellent additions for players looking to add a quality shooting guard to their NBA 2K22 team. Galaxy Opal player additions include Memphis Grizzlies' Desmond Bane, Milwaukee Bucks' Grayson Allen, Miami Heat's Duncan Robinson, and Philadelphia 76ers' Tyrese Maxey. Each of the eight players listed contributed to their team's success in the postseason.

As the NBA Playoffs continue, the second-round Playoff Agenda will feature a series of new challenges to take on. Much like NBA 2K22's Playoff Agenda for the first round, players will take on a player moment from each playoff series to obtain player moment cards. The first round contained a total of eight cards, one for each round, and the second round will likely feature a total of four cards. If 2K Games follows the same pattern as the previous agenda group, players can expect two more Dark Matter units along with an additional two Galaxy Opal units.

The Takeoff Series released a fourth edition, starring a 99-overall Dark Matter Draymond Green, 98-overall Galaxy Opal Dino Radja, 96-overall Pink Diamond Luka Doncic, and 94-overall Diamond Michael Cooper. Players who obtain multiples of any unit can exchange them for a Hall Of Fame Quick First Step Badge but will have until May 10 while the series pack is purchasable. For players looking to get some free content, NBA 2K22 has a new locker code available that grants players the option of either a Glitched Series Pack or five tokens. Players will have until May 10 to redeem the code GLITCHED-PACK-OR-TOKENS-F95XS before it's gone.

NBA 2K22 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
