Unlocking the Go-Kart in NBA 2K25

As a way to travel around, the Go-Kart is undoubtedly your best option when it comes to getting to places fast and in style. This has been a common sight in previous games, and the vehicle has now found its way to NBA 2K25. In order to get behind the wheel, players must look to complete a chain of quests in MyCAREER mode:

  • Start completing main quests in The City. This will eventually lead to the Heart of a Dynasty: Club Game quest.
  • Play at least three NBA games to complete the quest.
  • Now, more side quests will become available, one of which is the Gatorade Go-Kart Challenge.
  • Head on over to The Track, complete three laps, and register your timing.
  • Once that is done, check your Equipment in the MyPLAYER menus, and you can equip the Gatorade Go-Kart to use as a vehicle.

While your timing is not important when taking on the race, for those looking to get faster times, here are a couple of tips to keep in mind:

  • Take corners slow and long stretches fast. It may sound easy, but knowing when to go all out and accelerate will help save those seconds spent on wide turns.
  • Use your Turbo wisely, as the last thing you need is to use it during tricky turns.
  • Avoid obstacles and walls as much as you can, as each bump slows you down.

Do all that, and the Go-Kart is yours.
