Neva takes players on an emotional adventure through a once beautiful world slowly decaying from dark forces. The game has four chapters named according to the seasons (Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring). You play as Alba, and with your wolf companion, Neva, you go on a journey of growth, friendship, and courage against the dark forces.
While the story is linear, players can pick up plenty of collectibles if they choose to step off the beaten path. The Hidden Flowers scattered throughout the Chapters are easy to miss if you don't keep a watchful eye. In this guide, we'll lay out the locations for each Hidden Flower in Chapter 1 of Neva so that you don't miss out on any of them.

All Hidden Flower Locations in Neva Chapter 1
Neva's first chapter, Summer, has a total of five Hidden Flowers for players to collect. Here are the locations for each of them:
You can replay the Chapters from the Chapter Select option in the main menu if you miss a Hidden Flower during your playthrough.
Hidden Flower #1
When you wake up in the forest, start heading right. Neva is still a young pup and gets distracted easily. So you'll have to call her every now as you keep moving. After the section where you help her jump a large gap, you'll arrive at a lake/waterfall area. You'll have to jump down and continue right to progress. After dropping down, head left to find the first Hidden Flower under the tree.
Heading left from the start point will get you to the first feeding location to unlock the Provide achievement.
Hidden Flower #2
After getting the first Hidden Flower, keep progressing through the chapter. Soon, you'll unlock the sword and have to play a short sequence in which you cut down corrupted black hands blocking your path.
Moving forward, you'll see your path blocked by a tree. To progress through the level, you'll need to jump on the platforms and jump up to the tree to get around it. Now you can chop the tree from the other side. To get to the Flower, jump back on the platform and up to the tree. From here, jump to the higher platforms, and you'll find the second Hidden Flower for the chapter.
Hidden Flower #3
For the third Hidden Flower, you'll need to finish the first part of Chapter 1. After waking up, start heading right. Keep progressing and moving past the black vines until you get to the first Masked Bulb. You'll see that hitting them removes the vines, opening your path forward. After solving the first puzzle, you'll notice the white glow of a Hidden Flower coming from the vines right below the first platform in the next room.
To remove the vine, move past the vines and hit the Masked Bulb in the next room. Now, you can collect the third Hidden Flower for this chapter.
Hidden Flower #4
You'll run into a big chase sequence as you progress through the level. Afterward, you'll fall down to a lower platform, getting separated from Neva. The fourth Hidden Flower of the chapter can be found after dodging through the two black vines.
Getting to this Hidden Flower is a bit tricky because of the vines hanging on the ceiling. Get on the left platform and drop down. Dodge quickly while falling and jump again to reach the platform with the Flower.
Hidden Flower #5
The final Hidden Flower in Chapter 1 can be found near the end of the level. After completing the fighting sequence and activating the Totem, you'll have to move to the left to go back up. You'll notice a Hidden Flower in the left room, but it will be blocked by a vine hanging from the ceiling.
To reach the platform, you'll need to drop down, dodge mid-air and jump again.
With that, you'll have collected all five Hidden Flowers in the first chapter. Remember, each chapter holds its own set of Hidden Flowers waiting to be discovered. As you journey through the seasons, keep your eyes peeled for that white glow on your screen to find the rest of the Hidden Flowers in Neva.
