Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds has tons of different collectibles to find, and one type of those collectibles are treasure chests, with most areas containing exactly three of them. These somewhat hidden chests will not only have rewards inside for players but collecting them all can lead to stat increases. This guide will go over where to find the three chests at Eastern Heartlands in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds.

How to Get to Eastern Heartlands

To quickly get a move on towards Eastern Heartlands, players can simply open up the world map by touching the mini-map in the top-right corner of the screen. Once at the World Map, choose the Eastern Heartlands area. The monsters here will be around level 16 to 30, so be sure to come prepared if under-leveled. Using one of Cross Worlds' Mounts to get to the area is an option, too.

Move to the Sulfer Mine point of interest in Eastern Heartlands. Go inside the mine and keep an eye on the right side of the area. Once players pass a staircase on the right, they should see the chest sitting on a raised rock platform.

If players find that the chest is not there, even though they've yet to open it, this just means that another player has probably grabbed it first. The chest can still be grabbed, but players will need to either wait for it to respawn or try closing the Cross Worlds app and opening it again.

To find the Waterlogged chest, go to the area that is in the northwestern corner. Move to the Silent Forest point of interest, and then keep walking north to find a pool of water. The chest will be at the base of a tree --players will see it if they face to the east.

Head to the Eastern Ruin Plains, the blue swirly point of interest in the lower quadrant of the Eastern Heartlands. Head through an archway to the south, and then go down a staircase to reach a lower level, and the chest will be at the bottom sitting atop some crumbled ruins.

To check out all the available chests in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, go to Menu, Records, Record, and Chests. Here, players can claim rewards for finding treasure chests and see which ones they are missing. As of writing, there seem to be about 40 chests in the game.
