Nintendo Music has a new treat for Pokemon fans with the Pokemon Legends: Arceus soundtrack being added to the app’s playlist. Released in October 2024, the service is available for everyone with a base tier Nintendo Switch Online subscription, and Pokemon fans can use the app on Android and iOS devices.
Fans can create their playlists and dive into an expanding library of music already populated with 23 soundtracks that were available at launch. The Nintendo Music app received a new update in November 2024, to fix issues on both Android and iOS platforms for a more seamless experience. Nintendo is Reportedly Sending Out Switch 2 Preview Event Confirmation Emails
Nintendo Switch 2 fans who are eager to try out the console may be getting good news soon, as confirmation emails are reportedly rolling out.
Nintendo Music’s latest soundtrack to be added to the mix is Pokemon Legends: Arceus, announced ahead of next month’s anticipated Pokemon Day. The soundtrack includes 102 tracks from the game, accumulating just over four hours of music, and the playlist includes songs from various locations and battle encounters throughout the game, including Jubilife Village, Kleavor, Lord of the Woods, and Battle (Dialga/Palkia). The Pokemon Legends: Arceus score joins some of the best Nintendo Music game soundtracks already on the app, including The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild, Super Mario Galaxy, and Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
Nintendo Music Adds Pokemon Legends: Arceus Soundtrack
Fans believe Nintendo Music is one of the best Nintendo Music App playlists on the market, alongside Break Time and a collection of The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time Top Tracks and K.K. Slider performances. Additionally, the app recently added a host of new soundtracks that some users may have missed, such as Wii Sports, Super Mario 64, and Wave Race 64 to the collection.
Pokemon Legends: Arceus was released in 2022 and is part of the eighth generation of the Pokemon series. Set in the Hisui region, Arceus is an interquel to Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, where players travel back in time to complete the game’s Pokedex. The second game in the Legends series, Pokemon Legends: Z-A, is scheduled to release sometime in 2025, taking place in the Kalos region’s Lumiose City. Recent rumors allege Pokemon Legends: Z-A might skip Nintendo Switch 2 optimization, but fans are excited for the new entry regardless.
