The ability to build custom Corvettes in No Man's Sky is one of the best additions to the game, and players are also able to walk around these ships, look out from certain windows or cockpits, and perform work on board thanks to interior amenities. With so many customization options for Corvettes, and the game being similar to Star Wars, many players wish to make the Millennium Falcon in No Man's Sky.

Reasons Why You Should Start No Man's Sky In 2025

2025 is the perfect time to start playing No Man's Sky, with its rich new content, thriving player community, and cross-platform accessibility.

By collecting the right parts and following the correct build order, this is thankfully possible. The following build is a breakdown and explanation of the ship made by Ruzado.

Required Parts To Make The Millennium Falcon In No Man's Sky

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette

Before building the Millennium Falcon, players will need to acquire the correct Corvette parts. To do so, find planets with Salvageable Scrap to uncover any old parts. If these fit the bill, then great. If not, they can be traded at the Corvette Workshop for the desired modules.

For some modules, such as the cockpit, hab spaces, and landing bays, any class can be used, although the Ambassador Class arguably looks the most fitting.

The parts for the Millennium Falcon are as follows:

  • x3 Landing Gear
  • x6 Habs (any class)
  • x10 Walkways (any class)
  • x1 Ambassador Landing Bay
  • x1 Thunderbird-Class Cockpit (can be any class)
  • x5 Vesper Diffuser (The larger, angled ones with red on them)
  • x8 Speedbird Fairing
  • x4 Firebox Fairing
  • x4 Firebox Cowling
  • x6 Ducting Joints
  • x6 Turbine Aerofoil
  • x6 Speedbird Cowling
  • x8 Speedbird Nacelle
  • x3 Longshore Cowling
  • x5 Supercruise Cowling
  • x2 Arcadia Stabilizer
  • x1 Medusa Reactor
  • x1 Zenith Reactor
  • x1 Azimuth Reactor
  • x2 Ion Barrier
  • x1 Radar Dome
  • x4 Speedbird Dome
  • x4 Titan Sublight Thrusters
  • x1 Twin Echo Jets
  • x1 Turrets
  • x2 Cargo Link

There are two items named Vesper Diffuser. The ones required are larger, angled, and with red on them.

How To Make The Millennium Falcon In No Man's Sky

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Space Station

To build the Millennium Falcon in No Man's Sky, players will need to head to their nearest space station, where they will find a Corvette Workshop.

In many cases, players will need to place 'temporary blocks' to place other components. Anything roughly square in diameter and length should work. For example, Ducting Joints.

Landing Gear, Landing Bay, & Hab Layout

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Initial Layout

To begin with, place 1 Landing Gear at the end where the entrance to the Space Station is. This is the front of the ship. Place the other 2 Landing Gears on either side of this, but 4 spaces back. Place the Landing Bay at the front of the ship.

Next, connect a Hab to the Landing Bay, and place 1 Walkway on the left backside of the Hab, and then 3 Walkways on the right.

Then add 5 Habs, 1 on the back of each of the front row.

At the back left, add 2 Walkways side-by-side. In line with the Landing Bay, place 1 Walkway at the back of the ship. Then add 3 Walkways to this one, on each side and the back.

The base layout should look like this.

Creating The Front Of The Ship

On the side of the Landing Bay, place 2 Speedbird Fairings, vertically flipped.

Repeat these steps on the other side of the Landing Bay.

On the right side, this can be finished off with a vertically flipped Turbine Aerofoil.

The Left Side

The left side has some gaps. Start with a vertically flipped Speedbird Cowling.

Then add a Speedbird Fairing in front of it.

Cockpit & Decorate Sides

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Right Side - Cockpit

On the right front side, place a Cockpit and decorate the sides if possible. Cargo Links look particularly good on either side of the ship. On the right side, there is extra room, so possibly place Air Purifiers here.

The Thrusters At The Back

The thrusters are a bit tricky, as some temporary pieces need to be used first. Borrow one of the Walkways, and place it next to the very back Walkway.

This will then allow a Titan Sublight Thruster to be placed on the side. It might need to be horizontally flipped to work.

Then another Titan Sublight Thruster can replace the Walkway. Repeat this for the other side.

Finish The Back Of The Bottom Layer

In the back corners, place a vertically flipped Speedbird Cowling.

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Back Right - Speedbird Cowling

And then a vertically flipped Speedbird Nacelle.

Repeat on the other side. The bottom layer of the ship is now complete.

Start The Top Layer

To start the top layer, place a Longshore Cowling above but behind the Landing Bay.

In front of this, and somewhat joined, place a Supercruise Cowling.

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Top - Supercruise Cowling

Then place 2 Firebox Cowlings, one on either side of the Longshore Cowling.

The Front Pincers

At the front, there are two pincers on either side of the Landing Bay. Start by copying and vertically flipping the 4 Speedbird Fairings.

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Front - Speedbird Fairing

This will then allow the front 2 Vesper Diffusers to be copied and vertically flipped, too.

Complete The Front Left

While similar, the front right of the ship is slightly different. To flip and vertically rotate the Turbine Aerofoil at the front left, a temporary block is needed.

Replace the temporary block with a Speedbird Nacelle.

Then put a Firebox Cowling through this.

Put a Ducting Joint next to this Firebox and behind the one placed earlier.

Lastly, for this section, copy and vertically flip the Turbine Aerofoil.

Finish The Front Right

For the right side, complete all the steps for the front left side, apart from the last bit where the Turbine Aerofoil is added.

Instead, finish off the right front side with a Vesper Diffuser.

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Front Right - Vesper Diffuser

Complete The Back Sides

This section will show the left side of the ship, but all steps should be repeated on the right side too. Start with a Longshore Cowling sloping down off the side.

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Back Side - Longshore Cowling

Then, use a temporary square block to place a flipped Speedbird Nacelle above the one on the bottom of the ship.

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Back Side - Speedbird Nacelle

Finally, replace the temporary block with a Supercruise Cowling sloping down.

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Back Side - Supercruise Nacelle

At the back of the Supercruise Cowling, place a square block, such as a Ducting Joint. When the other side is done, this will create a cross in the middle.

Remember to repeat for the other side of the ship.

Finish The Back Of The Ship

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Finish The Back

Enclose the cross with a square piece, such as a Fuel Cell, Ducting Joint or Heavy Linkage at the back. Then place 2 Supercruise Cowlings, one on either side. These are the long sloping pieces.

Then place 2 Arcadia Stabilizers, one on either side of the Cowlings.

Place The Reactors, Ion Barriers, & Turret

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Reactors, Ion Barriers, Turret

In the middle of the ship, there should be a cross to fill. Place a Medusa Reactor at the front, a Zenith Reactor at the back, and 2 Ion Barriers on the sides. In the middle, place 1 Azimuth Reactor, and then place another temporary reactor on top of it. This will allow a Turret to be placed.

When the temporary reactor is deleted, the Turret will turn red until the next step.

Lastly, place the Radar Dome beneath the turret. Then, at each corner, add 1 of the 4 Speedbird Dome Sections. Fill in the gaps with a Speedbird Fairing at the back, and then 3 Speedbird Cowlings.

Finish it off with the Satellite Receiver, somewhere near the dome. The main structure should now be complete.

Color & Decorations

No Man's Sky - Millennium Falcon Corvette - Workshop

With the Millennium Falcon finished, players may have a few spaces of the Complexity Limit left to place additional decor, such as antennas or extra turrets. They can also recolor each piece to their liking.

There is also interior decoration using the normal build mode while walking around the Corvette. This includes practical storage units, mission control boards, and more.
