Oblivion Remastered features a wide variety of armor sets and accessories for players to wear and increase various stats. Circlet of Omnipotence is one of the strongest rings in the game, especially for those who are running melee fighter builds. It gives a major boost to stats like Endurance, Agility, Speed, and Strength, making it a must-have accessory. But first, players will need to reach the Pale Pass that connects to Skyrim to secure this ring.
Oblivion Remastered: All 15 Daedric Weapons & Artifacts
Players will visit the Shrines of Daedric Princes in Oblivion Remastered, and fulfilling their tasks will grant them powerful weapons and artifacts.
How to Reach the Pale Pass in Oblivion Remastered (Lifting the Vale Quest)
To get the Circlet of Omnipotence, players must first reach the Pale Pass by starting the Lifting the Vale quest in Oblivion Remastered. Players can start this quest by traveling to Castle Bruma, north of the Imperial City, and entering the Great Halls. Once inside, talk to Tolgan, who is the Herald of the Countless. Speaking to him will unlock the "Lifting the Vale" quest. Additionally, you'll need to talk to Countess Narina too and exhaust her dialogs to update the quest.
Now, instead of following the quest markers, head directly to the Serpent's Trail location marked on the image above. After entering the trail, players will need to make their way through dimly lit caverns. There are various enemies inside, so simply run past them if you do not wish to engage. After exiting the Serpent's Trail, players will enter the Pale Pass that connects Cyrodiil and Skyrim in Oblivion Remastered.
How to Get the Circlet of Omnipotence
Once you enter the Pale Pass, you'll notice several enemies in the area, including Trolls. You'll need to find three keys in a specific order here to unlock the chest containing the Circlet of Omnipotence. Here's where to find the keys in the Pale Pass.
- Rusty Key: Keep following the stone pathway that leads to the castle. Once you arrive at the castle's gate, make a quick right and head over the frozen lake. There's a barrel near the rock wall with a Rusty Key inside.
- Old Key: Head back to the castle gate, and this time take a left turn. Head straight to the ruins of a tower and jump inside to find a small chest hugging the wall next to the tree. Open it up to get the Old Key.
- Forgotten Key: Now, backtrack on the stone pathway for a while until you pass two statues. After passing the statues, take the left path up the hill, and you'll see a big rock on the left. Head behind the rock, and you'll spot a chest that will contain the Forgotten Key.
Once you have the Forgotten Key, simply head back to the doorway to the Serpent's Trail, but do not enter. Instead, make a right turn from the doorway and keep following the pathway on the right to come across the last chest, which contains the Circlet of Omnipotence.
The Circlet of Omnipotence will increase the following skills by 3 pts.
- Fortifies Agility
- Fortifies Endurance
- Fortifies Speed
- Fortifies Strength
- Fortifies Willpower
