Oblivion Remastered offers a range of enchanted rings for players to wear to complement their particular build. For players who're opting to run a mage build in the game, getting the Sorcerer's Ring is a must. The ring provides Self Absorption on Self buff, allowing players to convert incoming spell attacks into Magicka. The secondary perk increases the base Magicka a player has access to by 25 pts. If you're looking for the Sorcerer's Ring, here's how to get it.
Oblivion Remastered: How To Get The Mundane Ring
Mundane Ring is one of the best enchanted accessories that players with mage builds can equip in Oblivion Remastered, here's how to get it.
How to Get the Sorcerer's Ring in Oblivion Remastered
One of the best places to farm the Sorcerer's Ring is in the Robber's Glen Cave, located south of the Imperial City in Oblivion Remastered. It's one of the smaller loot caves compared to others in the game, with a few connecting caverns and a boss chest at the start.
Before heading to the location, you must stock up on a few lockpicks as you'll need them to open up chests. The locked chests inside the cave have a 10% chance to spawn a ring as loot, with the boss having a chance to spawn a higher-quality/enchanted ring. So, let's walk through the whole farming process and help you secure a Sorcerer's Ring.
How to Farm for the Sorcerer's Ring
After reaching the entrance to the Robber's Glen Cave, players must create a quicksave first. This will help you respawn all the loot inside the chests in case you don't find the Sorcerer's Ring in your run.
After entering the cave, keep heading down the caverns until you encounter an Imp early on. After eliminating the Imp, you'll find the first locked chest in the cave. Once you've secured any valuable loot inside, progress further into the cave to find another chest in a small but open area.
There's a pathway to the right of the chest that will lead players deep into the Robber's Glen Cave. After fighting off a group of Imps, you'll arrive in a larger open area with three chests inside. Once you've checked the chests here, the pathway forward will lead to a few more chests, until you'll eventually face off against the Minotaur Lord boss.
Defeat the boss and loot the large chest behind it. From here, you can either return to the main area and take the right to check out more chests, or simply reload your quicksave to restart the run. Once you have finally gotten the Sorcerer's Ring, simply exit the cave and enjoy its unique buffs to your character in Oblivion Remastered.
