Join the Mage's Guild

The Conjure Dremora Lord Spell is a Master Level Conjuration Spell. This means your Conjuration Skill needs to be at 100 to use it. The spell costs 549 Magicka to cast. Conjuration spells summon equipment and creatures that you can fight with temporarily. You should visit one of the Mage's Guild buildings in the major cities and begin your magical journey. Speak to one of the guild leaders and ask to join. You will receive a quest to prove yourself, as you must gain recommendations to enter the Arcane University.

The Chorrol branch of the guild specializes in Conjuration. Alberic Little can train your character in Conjuration and resides in the Chorrol Mage's Guild hall. Intelligence is the attribute that should be leveled if you want to conjure. Make sure to constantly use lower-level Conjuration spells to raise your skill level.

Where to Buy the Summon Dremora Lord Spell

The Summon Dremora Lord Spell can only be found and purchased from one character in the entirety of Oblivion Remastered. Visit the town of Bruma to the north of the Imperial City. The Bruma Mage's Guild hall is in the northern part of town near the Hammer & Axe weapon shop.

Enter the Bruma Mage's Guild and speak to the Altmer mage named Volanaro. Take the stairs downward and search the Mage's Living Quarters if he does not appear on the main level. Click the purchasing spells option while speaking with Volanaro to view his shop inventory. He sells the Summon Dremora Lord Spell for 3000 Septim along with many other powerful tomes. Volanaro and his shop will be gone once you've advanced the Mage's Guild story to the quest called "A Plot Revealed." Make sure to buy all of his unique inventory before you've reached this point.
