Transformation Cookies are useful consumables for when you want to hide yourself in Once Human. They may also be required for certain seasonal goals, and players will want to do as many of those as they can if they want to get more Starchrom and Mitsuko's Marks for the seasonal store.

Despite being named after snacks, these are not like any of the other food and drink recipes in Once Human. You can't just find a random piece of paper containing the Transformation Cookies recipe. Instead, here's what you need to do.

How To Get The Transformation Cookies Recipe In Once Human

As their names imply, Transformation Cookies aren't your ordinary cookies. These actually fall under the Tactical Item category. They're made from Cracker Crumbs produced by the Gingerbread House Deviant, and you make the cookies on a Supplies Workbench instead of a Stove.

How To Get The Gingerbread House Deviant

You can get a Gingerbread House Deviant by completing the Morphic Decoy quest from Lowe in Greywater Camp. If he doesn't have any quests to give you while you're at the camp, finish one of his quests in Deadsville first. You only need to do one quest; if you're looking for a Digby Boy in Once Human, then do the Deviation Expert quest.

The Morphic Decoy quest will have you investigating a suspicious convenience store near the camp that's full of llama and sheep plush toys. Head to the back of the store to find the Gingerbread House floating in the air, but the quest doesn't end here.

Touching the Gingerbread House will send you to an isolated instance of the store. The Deviant has fled and transformed itself into a stuffed toy, and you need to go find it. Among the herd of toy llamas outside, the one you're looking for is the oversized one in the corner next to the counter. Interact with it, and you'll get sent back to the open world. Secure the Gingerbread House, and either go back to Lowe or return to your territory to secure the Deviant.

What Are Transformation Cookies For?

Transformation Cookie description in Once Human
Once Human Transformation Cookie description

Eating a Transformation Cookie will turn you into a random piece of furniture for a limited time. The type of furniture you transform into depends on whatever is nearby, making sure that you never look out of place.

To make a Transformation Cookie, you'll need the following ingredients:

  • 8 Cracker Crumbs
  • 4 Acid
  • 3 Glass

Getting Acid in Once Human is easy enough. Go to any Deviant-infested area, and start blasting monsters. For Glass, you'll need to smelt some in a Furnace using Gravel, which is obtained by breaking rocks and minerals.

You can only get Cracker Crumbs once you've secured a Gingerbread House. If you want it to make Cracker Crumbs faster, make sure that it's near some crops, under a red light, and heated by nearby furnaces.
