The path of the Space Turner Deviant acquisition quest starts from Dayton Hospital, which you can find in the west of Monolith of Greed. The following is the complete procedure you need to follow to obtain this precious Deviant:

  1. Initiate the Quest: Go to Dayton Warehouse, where you will find a survivor named Paul. He is injured and requires Emergency Medicine at Dayton Hospital. When you accept his request, the quest will begin.
  2. Navigate to Dayton Hospital: Go to the hospital's second floor, and be ready to confront and destroy numerous opponents on your way. On the second floor, find the room with emergency medicine on a shelf.
  3. Solve the Puzzle: Collecting the Emergency Medicine triggers a puzzle in Dayton Hospital. You will have to solve the puzzle, setting a black calendar from the 23rd of January to the 15th September. To solve it, you have to go through the doors that change the date:
  • Walking through the door in front will decrease the date by one day.
  • Using the door from behind will increase the date by one more day.
  • Stepping through the left door will decrease the month by one.
  • Going through the door on the right will add one month.

The Space Turner will start to give out Spatial Keystones that are needed for the creation of Space Twisters. Space Twisters will let you teleport your teammates to your location, making it much easier for a group to work together.

If you want to speed up the production of Spatial Keystones, place the Space Turner next to a toy and illuminate an area with blue light. This setup will make keystones come faster and guarantee that you have enough keystones to craft Space Twisters when needed.
