Managing and storing your Deviants is a crucial aspect of gameplay and essential for progressing swiftly. To do this effectively, you need to build Isolated Securement Units on your territory. By default, you can build 5 units, but as you collect more Deviants, you’ll need to expand the limit of these units.

Increasing the limit of Isolated Securement Units is essential for managing your Deviants effectively. This can be done by unlocking the respective expansion Memetics. Once you have unlocked all the necessary expansions, you can place these units anywhere within your base. However, to make the most of them, ensure they are located in strategic, easily accessible locations to facilitate efficient management.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to increase the Isolated Securement Unit limit.

  • Press I to access your Inventory menu where you can manage all your items and resources.
  • Within your Inventory menu, locate the Memetic Cradle option at the top and click on it to access the Memetic menu.
  • Head to the Logistics tab and scroll down to find the Ascendance section.
  • In the Ascendance section, locate the Securement Unit Expansion I. Click on this option to open the expansion menu. Make sure you have all the necessary resources, including Cipher and Energy Links, to unlock this expansion.

With Securement Unit Expansion I, you can increase your units by 10. However, if you want to add more than 10 units, you will need to scroll further down within the Logistics menu and unlock the Securement Unit Expansion II Memetic. Follow a similar procedure to unlock this expansion. Selecting Securement Unit Expansion II will allow you to increase the unit limit by 20. Again, make sure you have all the required resources necessary for expansion.
