The first thing you should do when exploring a new settlement is to activate its Rift Anchor. The Sutherland Family Orchard Rift Anchor can be found near a large white barn in an open field at coordinates (7312, -5373). The Rift Anchor is easily identifiable by its glowing purple light beam.

To find the Weapon and Mystical crates in Sutherland Family Orchard, you need to go underground. There’s a hidden tunnel system beneath the farm. This locality has three separate entrances, each with stairs leading to the tunnels below the farm.

The nearest access point to the loot crates is near the Souvenir Shop at coordinates (7241, -5352). Behind the Souvenir Shop, you'll find a set of stairs leading downwards. Take these stairs to enter the underground tunnel. Continue walking through this underground passage, take the first left, and then go down another set of stairs.

You'll find yourself in a room containing the Weapon and Mystical Crates.
