At times, One Piece seems like a sci-fi anime because of the various scientific inventions in the story, and Kizaru's lasers are one of them. Dr. Vegapunk researched Kizaru's Devil Fruit and found a way to incorporate the lasers into Pacifista and later Seraphim.
The lasers are extremely potent and capable of causing widespread destruction. The Pacifista were armed with these lasers, and they were able to destroy a massive portion of the Marine fleet outside Egghead Island. Franky also incorporated a laser into his armory, and he has used it multiple times to deal hefty damage to his opponents.

The virus also spreads rapidly from one person to another, making it dangerous in a crowded space. The Ice Oni Virus also puts immense stress on the body of an individual and eventually leads to their death.

Shirahoshi, the mermaid princess of the Ryugu Kingdom, is Poseidon. Fans already know that Shirahoshi is Poseidon, one of the three Ancient Weapons. She is capable of communicating with the Sea Kings and ordering them. In the Fishman Island arc, Shirahoshi used the ability for the first time, but she couldn't fully control it. Needless to say, if Shirahoshi learns to utilize the power to its fullest, then she can effortlessly destroy entire kingdoms.
