10 Monkey D. Garp

Garp, Hero of the Navy, is specifically designed to deal with Captain-type enemies. Every time Garp attacks a Captain player, his damage is increased by 30%, and the Captain's defense is reduced by 30%. Garp also receives 30% less damage in the area close to the enemy's treasure, as well as from boosted enemies.
