While it isn't a certainty, the God Valley Incident could very well end in One Piece chapter 1165. This is because God Valley doesn't really have much to offer. Fans will most definitely see all pirates depart God Valley in One Piece 1165, and possibly even the remaining Rocks Pirates all head their own way. That leaves behind two things to wrap up.
The first is the conclusion of the fight between Rocks and the team of Garp and Roger. The second is God Valley itself being erased from history. It'll be difficult to wrap up both things in one chapter, but it certainly isn't impossible. In either case, One Piece chapter 1165 will mark the end of a very exciting period of the story, and fans know for a fact that it'll push God Valley Incident to the very end, if not wrap it up.
