The Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, formerly known as the Gomu Gomu no Mi, is a powerful Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit. This ability is wielded by none other than Luffy, and, as seen in the Wano Country Arc, its true power has now been brought out, thanks to its awakening. Luffy's Devil Fruit is quite powerful, but the fact is that unless it awakens, it isn't all that special. As such, there exist other powerful Devil Fruit users in One Piece who are actually equipped with better fruits than the Nika Fruit.

Blackbeard is one of the most overpowered pirates in the One Piece world, and he serves as one of the Four Emperors of the Sea currently, with a bounty of 3.996 billion berries. Of course, he is a Devil Fruit user as well, and has what can be considered to be the most powerful Devil Fruit ability. Teach is a user of the Yami Yami no Mi, which allows him to manipulate darkness itself, which means he has control over infinite gravity. He can suck in anything, and above all, he can suck in the Devil Fruit ability of others, meaning he can essentially cancel out any power. This Devil Fruit hasn't even awakened, yet it is extremely overpowered.

This might be a controversial take for one, but the Ope Ope no Mi is a far better Devil Fruit compared to the Gomu Gomu no Mi when their bases are compared. The Nika Fruit has a more overpowered awakening which makes it better, but it must be remembered that this Devil Fruit never awakened for 800 years. The Ope Ope no Mi allows Law to manipulate the terrain however he wishes, and everything inside is ROOMs is his to do with as he pleases, including humans. This fruit is labeled the Ultimate Devil Fruit, especially since it also allows one to become immortal at the cost of the user's life.

User of The Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu
Kaido's Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu is an incredibly powerful fruit that allows him to transform into an Azure Dragon. This fruit gives him nigh indestructibility, as most attacks don't even work against him. Only attacks infused with Advanced Supreme King Haki can injure him. He can also manipulate the weather and destroy countries with this fruit, and all that without even accessing the Awakening.

This fruit is a force of nature itself and it holds enough power to destroy the world, making it comparable to Ancient Weapons. Undoubtedly, this Devil Fruit is stronger than the Nika fruit in many ways.

One cannot speak of Overpowered Devil Fruits in One Piece without mentioning Imu. Fans got a good glimpse of the powers of Saint Imu Nerona recently, and it is truly shocking. Imu can make use of the power of evil, which allows them to turn any of their enemies into immortal servants with powers even greater than before. Imu can use a Spellbook to cast various spells, and this is only a glimpse of what they can achieve. The true extent of Imu's powers remains to be seen, but it goes without saying that their overall power is going to be better than the Nika fruit, especially given that they are the final enemy of One Piece.
