One Piece: 9 Characters Stronger Than The Holy Knights

The Holy Knights are one of the World Government’s strongest assets. Known to be the followers of Imu directly, this group possesses the amazing gift of immortality, which makes even harming them, let alone defeating them, impossible for most powerful characters. The Bolt Knights are incredibly strong, blessed with great Haki and an undying body. However, there are a few characters who could take them down, and they all have incredible Haki, such as Shanks or Roger.

Shanks

The Red Haired Yonko

To take down a Holy Knight, one must have fantastic Conqueror’s Haki. And of course, one can’t mention Haki without bringing up the greatest Haki user of the current era, Shanks. Shanks has risen to the rank of Yonko without any Devil Fruit, an accomplishment that’s unique to him. Instead, he has the best Haki in the current era, being comparable to Joy Boy’s, which pushed back the Gorosei to Marijoa. He can definitely beat the Holt Knights easily.

Rocks D. Xebec

The Legendary Captain of the Rocks Pirates

Rocks D. Xebec was a legend, and his name still resonates in One Piece. Fans have only recently started learning more about him, but one thing is for sure: he was one of the strongest pirates to ever sail the Grand Line.

It’s unclear if Rocks ever had a Devil Fruit, but he has shown great Haki feats. Rocks will showcase his true potential at God Valley.

Scopper Gaban

The Left Wing of the Pirate King

Only one character has actually been seen taking down a Holy Knight in One Piece, and that person is none other than Scopper Gaban, the Left Wing of the Pirate King. Gaban has shown insane Haki feats, and was even able to blitz Saint Sommers, taking him down in an instant. Not only did he take him down, but he did so with ease. He could also have taken down Gunko had Colon not been a hostage.

Silvers Rayleigh

The Right Wing of the Pirate King

While fans have never seen Rayleigh bypass the Holy Knights’ immortality, fans know he can do that, as he and Gaban are equal in power. Rayleigh could definitely take down most Holy Knights in one strike if he wanted to. Fans might see him face a Holy Knight very soon at God Valley, in the current Elbaf flashback which focuses on characters like Rocks D. Xebec, Harald, and Loki.

Gol D. Roger

The Late Pirate King

Just like Rayleigh, fans have never seen Roger showcase Haki to take down the Holy Knights, but logically, if Gaban can, then so can Roger. Roger had the greatest Haki in One Piece during his era, and he definitely possessed advanced Conqueror's Haki strong enough to bypass immortality.

Monkey D. Garp

The Hero of the Marines

Garp and Roger were rivals, so it’s not a stretch to say Garp can also cancel out immortality. After all, Garp is one of the greatest Haki users ever.

Even in old age, he has shown how ridiculously strong he is on Pirate Island, taking down almost all of the subordinates of Blackbeard alone. The average Holy Knight should not be a tough battle for Garp.

The World’s Strongest Man

Whitebeard wasn’t called the World’s Strongest Man for no reason. He was an actual powerhouse and could destroy the world with his Gura Gura no Mi. Of course, Whitebeard didn’t just rely on his fruit and had powerful Haki. He definitely had the means to destroy any Holy Knight that crossed his path.

Gorosei

The Strongest Force of the World Government

The Holy Knights are powerful, but as a group, they seem to be inferior to the Gorosei, who might be the World Government’s actual strongest group. The Five Elders have the same immortality as the Holy Knights, but on top, they also have Yokai abilities, which seem to be superior to the Holy Knights’ Devil Fruit abilities. The Gorosei also just got Garling as a new member, and he is superior to most Holy Knights on his own.

Imu

The Secret Sovereign of The World

Undoubtedly, if there’s one character who can easily eradicate all the Holy Knights, it’s none other than Saint Imu Nerona themself. After all, Imu is the one who has granted the Holy Knights immortality, and Imu can take it back at any moment, as seen when they instantly vaporized Saturn when the latter failed his mission on Egghead.
