As the youngest member and the doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates, Tony Tony Chopper isn't normally required to participate in large battles, given that his job is to heal and not hurt. Like all Zoan-type Devil Fruits, Chopper's Human-Human Fruit allows him to take different forms based on his original appearance and his fruit type. However, with his medical knowledge, Chopper was able to further enhance his physical attributes using Rumble Balls, a unique medicine he developed himself. After the timeskip, his research and training make it so he only needs them to access his strongest enhancements.
1 Brain Point

Throughout the series, Chopper's most consistent form is his hybrid appearance between reindeer and human, which he calls Brain Point. Brain Point doesn't have any inherent combat abilities, but it allows Chopper to use his animal senses alongside his human intelligence. Using a Rumble Ball in this form enhances his analytical capabilities and allows him to find enemy weak points.
Most Zoan Devil Fruits give humans the strength and abilities of a specific animal or creature. Since the average human isn't particularly strong or durable, the Human-Human Fruit instead gives the user a human's intellect and increases their ability to think and understand. This is what allows Chopper to be a doctor despite being a reindeer.
2 Walk Point

Chopper's original appearance as a reindeer is called Walk Point. In this form, he looks like he did before eating his devil fruit, a regular dear that walks on all four legs. Walk Point's main use is for traveling long distances or holding supplies. On shopping trips, Chopper will become a regular reindeer to help hold groceries and other items.
Although this form doesn't have any specific attacks or abilities, Chopper is still a grown animal with strength that surpasses normal humans. If needed, Chopper could probably ram enemies with his horns or kick with his hind legs, but it's usually more beneficial to use a different form.
3 Heavy Point
Chopper As A Buff Man
Heavy Point is Chopper's basic Zoan ability to transform into a human. In this form, he becomes much taller and his upper body becomes much larger and more muscular, allowing him to exercise great strength and power. Because of how large it is, he can be mistaken for a bear or a yeti. After the timeskip, this form is even bigger and stronger.
Like other Zoan users, this form is Chopper's default battle state as it gives him the ability to wield his animal strength in a human form. With this body, he has greater reach and dexterity, and he can deliver powerful punches that are comparable to Franky's metal fists. After the timeskip, Chopper becomes even stronger, but he primarily uses this form for heavy labor.
4 Arm Point
A Huge Strength Boost
With the use of Rumble Balls, Chopper can manipulate the wavelengths of Zoan-type transformations, allowing him to take on more than three forms. Arm point is a purely offensive form that focuses Chopper's strength into his arms and shoulders. Although it's similar to his human form, Arm Point doesn't have hands or fingers and uses his hooves to attack instead.

The strength of Arm Point allows Chopper to deal incredible damage. His attacks are strong enough to destroy boulders and leave physical impressions on enemies like the giant zombie Oars, who had to be defeated by the entire crew. After the timeskip, Chopper doesn't use Arm Point, having combined it with Jumping Point to create Kung Fu Point.
5 Jumping Point

Jumping Point is another Rumble Ball variation that Chopper created himself. However, instead of doing damage, this form is focused on defense, specifically dodging enemy attacks and creating space. In this transformation, Chopper's limbs become longer and more lithe, focusing most of his power into his legs, allowing him to jump great heights and distances.
Jumping Point makes Chopper much more agile and dexterous. He's able to move dynamically through the air and dodge using flips and spins much more easily. Even Sanji is impressed with Chopper's jumping ability in this form. After the timeskip, Jumping Point is incorporated into Kung Fu Point.
6 Horn Point
A Reindeer's Natural Weapons
Zoan Devil Fruits are powerful because they can make use of an animal's natural weapons. Chopper's manipulation of Zoan transformation allows him to enhance his antlers, making them bigger and more prominent. Before the timeskip, Horn Point made Chopper stand on all four limbs, with his front legs having human hands. His horns also grew and created more branches.

7 Guard Point
The Fluffiest Shield
Another defensive option Chopper has is Guard Point. Rather than dodge or evade attacks, he causes his fur to grow exponentially, creating a cushion in a sphere around his body. This form absorbs the force of attacks and negates any damage that would come with them. However, there is a limit to how much can be absorbed, and this defense is particularly weak to fire.
After the timeskip, Chopper is able to manipulate his fur growth much more freely, increasing the area of protection. Where he could only be the size of a small boulder before, he can now become large enough to cover part of the Thousand Sunny. Guard Point is strong enough to take attacks from New World Krakens and one of the Four Emperors, Big Mom.
8 Kung Fu Point

During the timeskip, Chopper spent his time studying biology and training his Zoan transformations, developing a new form called Kung Fu Point. As the name implies, Chopper becomes incredibly proficient in martial arts while in this form, making him capable of defeating many enemies on his own through a variety of kicks and punches.
While in Kung Fu Point, Chopper becomes bigger and bulkier, but he's deceptively fast and agile. He's capable of performing mid-air kicks and punches while doing flips and spins. This form is a combination of Arm Point and Jumping Point, balancing power and acrobatics to become a proficient fighter.
9 Monster Point
The Last Resort
Chopper's final and most powerful form is called Monster Point. It takes all his previous forms, aside from Brain Point, and combines them to assume a monster-like form. Monster Point is several times larger than Chopper himself, even dwarfing large people like Bartholomew Kuma. This form has physical enhancements that surpass all the other forms, capable of crushing CP9 agents using Iron Body and enduring multiple Finger Pistols.

Originally, Chopper could only take this form by taking more than the appropriate dose of Rumble Balls, normally three. At which point, he would lose consciousness, transform, and cause a rampage. After the timeskip, he can safely use Monster Point with only one Rumble Ball, and he can maintain his sanity while transformed, making it a usable tool in his arsenal.
