Chinjao

Many fans wouldn’t consider Don Chinjao a legend. However, that’s how the story presents him, even though his presence can be underwhelming, especially when compared to real legends. Nonetheless, Don Chinjao was a pirate before, and not a weak one at that.

Chinjao even fought Garp many times before, and once, the aftermath destroyed his pointy head. Interestingly, Chinjao possesses Conqueror’s Haki, showing the great potential he has.

Shakuyaku

Shakuyaku, also known as Shakky, is a character that was introduced to fans all the way back in Sabaody. However, fans wouldn’t come to realize just how important she was until now, with the current ongoing Elbaf flashback.

Shakuyaku is not a random woman. Instead, she was, at first, the Vice Captain of the Kuja Pirates under Gloriosa. After Gloriosa left, Shakky became the Captain of the Kuja Pirates. Shakky’s reputation precedes her, and Oda has showcased her charm and abilities when she took down the Roger Pirates singlehandedly.

Garp

The Hero of the Marines

When it comes to discussing legendary members of the Marines, one can’t forget to talk about Monkey D. Garp, who is, undoubtedly, the greatest Marine to have ever lived.

Garp is feared as the Hero of the Legends, and his title as Hero of the Marines is no understatement either. Garp has had many accomplishments in his career, and he often went toe to toe with monstrous legends, such as Gol D. Roger.

Shiki

The Golden Lion

Shiki the Golden Lion is a legendary pirate in the One Piece world. This man used to be in the ranks of the Rocks Pirates, the most insane pirate crew to ever sail the Grand Line. Not only was he a member, but he was one of the strongest.

One of the most shocking character introductions in Elbaf was undoubtedly that of Scopper Gaban, the Mountain Eater. Fans had known about Gaban for a while, but it was the first time he was seen in the current timeline.

Gaban is strong, despite his old age. He was able to one-shot a Holy Knight despite their immortality. This all showcases that Gaban’s Haki is on a whole other level.

Silvers Rayleigh

Silvers Rayleigh is another remnant of the Roger Pirates, and one of the most important ones at that. Silvers Rayleigh acted as one of the Pirate King’s wings and was one of the strongest members of the crew.

He earned himself the title of Dark King, and has shown throughout the One Piece story how strong he is. Rayleigh has taken on Kizaru, and even scared off Blackbeard recently.

Sengoku

The Former Fleet Admiral

Sengoku hasn’t had that many moments to shine in One Piece, but fans know just how much of a legend he is. Right now, Sengoku is somewhat retired and serves the role of the General Inspector. His role of Fleet Admiral was passed on to Akainu after the timeskip and the events of the Summit War.

Sengoku was, and still is, quite strong. After all, he possesses a quite powerful Devil Fruit, called the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibatsu, which allows him to turn into a Buddha.
