The Whitebeard Pirates consisted of 16 powerful Division Commanders, all of whom were extremely efficient fighters. Of course, for a pirate crew as mighty as the Whitebeard Pirates, having strong Haki users is not a surprise. While some of them possessed decent Haki skills, others had enough in them to match even the top tiers.

7 Flower Sword Vista

Haki Type: Armament, Observation

Vista One Piece

The Fifth Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, Flower Sword Vista is one of the strongest Haki users in the group. He does not seem to possess any Devil Fruit ability and all he has are his two sabers and powerful Haki. His skill was such that even Dracule Mihawk paid respect to him and he managed to tie a battle with Mihawk in the Paramount War, which is an incredible feat in itself.

He even sliced Akainu with his Haki, however, the Admiral managed to avoid it by using his Logia ability, or potential future sight.

6 Diamond Jozu

Haki Type: Armament, Observation

The Third Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, Diamond Jozu is an incredibly dangerous pirate, especially due to his immense size and speed. For someone as massive as him, one would expect him to be quite slow, however, that would prove to be a fatal mistake, as he is tremendously fast.

He possesses the power of the Kira Kira no Mi, which allows him to turn his body into a diamond. Jozu can reinforce his tough body with powerful Armament Haki, such that even an Admiral can take tremendous damage from it.

5 Portgas D. Ace

Haki Type: Armament, Conqueror's, Observation (Potential)

Portgas D Ace trained by Garp One Piece

The Second Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, Ace is often underrated when it comes to Haki and this is because not many fans know that he had access to all three types. Ace awakened Armament Haki before he even entered the New World. In fact, he managed to defeat a Vice Admiral with his newly awakened Armament Haki.

As he fought more in the New World, Ace's Haki grew even stronger and he became a mighty pirate and a force to be reckoned with. He could also utilize the power of Conqueror's Haki, and while observation has never been confirmed for him, it is one ability that should come easy to him, given that he possesses decent mastery in the stronger two types. Ace's Haki was such that he could even overpower Jinbe and hold his own against Whitebeard.

4 Izo

Haki Type: Armament, Observation

Izo One Piece

The 16th Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates and a member of the Akazaya 9, Izo is a mighty pirate with great control over Haki. Izo hailed from the Wano Country and, as a retainer of Oden, it is no surprise for the fans to know that his Haki was advanced to a sky-high level.

Izo could use advanced-grade Armament Haki which was powerful enough to deal damage to Kaido as well.

3 Marco

Haki Type: Armament, Observation

Marco

The First Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, Marco the Phoenix is an incredible Haki user.

In the Paramount War, he was shown using his powerful ability using which he could hold back all three Admirals, including Akainu, making him the only second character after Whitebeard to be strong enough to pull off that feat. He could also injure both Kizaru and Aokiji as well, once again signifying great usage of Haki.

2 Oden

Haki Type: Armament, Observation, Conqueror's

One Piece Kozuki Oden Twin Swords

By far, one of the strongest users of Haki when it comes to the Whitebeard Pirates was Oden, the former Second Division Commander of the crew. Oden had great control over all three Haki types.

In fact, he even mastered two of the three to an advanced degree. He could use advanced-grade Armament Haki, and the ability to utilize Conqueror's Haki and infuse it into his weapons.

1 Whitebeard

Haki Type: Armament, Observation, Conqueror's

Whitebeard

The strongest Haki user in the Whitebeard Pirates was, of course, Whitebeard himself. He had the ability to utilize all three Haki types and he had mastered two of them to an advanced degree. Whitebeard could utilize advanced-grade Armament Haki, which he could channel from a distance and even deal internal damage with, and of course, he could infuse his weapons with Conqueror's Haki as well, as seen when he fought against Roger.

Given that he could hold his own against the Pirate King in a battle, it can be assumed that Whitebeard’s Haki was absolutely immense. Overall, he is easily among the very best users of Haki in One Piece, and he can only be rivaled by a handful.
