Even the Gods of the One Piece world are now slowly coming to light, and with that come legendary abilities that Oda has always wanted to explore in the final part of the story.
Say Hello To The New Strongest Man In The World Of One Piece
The strongest man before Whitebeard has been revealed. His strength rivaled that of the likes of Rocks or Roger in One Piece.
For instance, Luffy's Sun God Nika powers were finally revealed to the fans in the Wano Country Arc, where it was made clear that his real Devil Fruit was the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika. Luffy's powers have shone tremendously in the Final Saga as the Sun God, and fans have most certainly come to enjoy them to the fullest. While Luffy's abilities are absolutely immense, which goes without saying, Oda has now introduced a new powerful character in the Final Saga of the story whose powers go on to surpass even those of Sun God Nika, by the looks of it. This new character is none other than Loki, whose legendary Devil Fruit powers were recently revealed to the fans.
The Sun God Nika Fruit Is Truly Overpowered In One Piece

Known as the Warrior of Liberation, the Sun God Nika is a monstrously powerful deity that has been worshipped for centuries in the One Piece world. It is said that the Sun God Nika spreads laughter and joy wherever he goes and he frees the slaves from their chains in their times of deepest misery. The Sun God Nika stands against oppression and it is said that he always descends on the world due to the wishes of the oppressed people. The power of the Sun God Nika is such that whenever he comes, the destruction of the world also follows. This is precisely why the Sun God Nika is often referred to as a destroyer by some, while being viewed as a savior and protector by others.
As far as Luffy goes, he awakened the power of Sun God Nika in the Wano country arc of One Piece during his battle against Kaido. After being dealt a killing blow, Luffy finally awakened, and this allowed him to defeat Kaido with the powers of Nika. According to Kaido himself, Luffy was fighting with immense freedom that he could not believe. Using the ability to stretch and shrink to the absolute fullest and utilizing the power of Armament and Conqueror's Haki to the very best of his abilities, the freewheeling combat that Luffy utilized allowed him to beat Kaido easily.
It goes without saying that Luffy, as the Sun God, is incredibly overpowered. Even an Admiral as strong as Kizaru does not stand a chance against him in combat, and most certainly, his powers as a deity are only going to grow in the Final Saga of the story as it continues. Luffy is quite easily one of the most powerful individuals in the world right now, given that he is one of the Four Emperors of the Sea.
However, he is quite clearly not the strongest. Imu exists, and fans know that Shanks still has more strength than Luffy does. Now, in the Final Saga, there has appeared another character who is quite easily stronger than Luffy at the moment, and that is none other than Loki, whose devilish powers go beyond even those of Sun God Nika.
Loki’s Legendary Devil Fruit Is The Strongest Zoan Type Fruit

Loki's Devil Fruit powers were finally revealed to the fans in One Piece Chapter 1170. Even though the full form of his Devil Fruit was not given to the fans, it was quite clear to see that Loki was actually a mythical Zoan-type fruit user, just like Luffy. While most fans considered Luffy a Paramecia at first, in the Wano Arc, it was made clear that Luffy was actually a mythical Zoan user.
Coming back over to Loki, fans saw the magnificent strength that his fruit possessed in Chapter 1170 where, after transforming into the legendary creature of Elbaf, he was able to absolutely demolish Harald in combat. To truly understand how strong Loki was at this point in time, fans need to understand Harald's strength at this particular moment 14 years ago.

One Piece: Loki And 2 Others Are Luffy's Most Important Allies In The Final War
Luffy is set to have many important allies in the Final War, but these three are the most important of them all due to some interesting reasons!
When Harald first appeared in the story, he was monstrously powerful. When he met Rocks D. Xebec, Oda made it quite clear that these two were evenly matched. The two even fought many battles, and once again, it was clear for the fans to see that Rocks and Harald were equals. In fact, even in their first clash, Oda implied their equality by stating that their strength was such that it blew away all signs of life in a 5-kilometer radius simply due to their Haki being that strong.
Loki Was Able To Beat Harald With His Fruit
Quite clearly, Harald and Rocks were monsters at this point in the story. Later on, Harald became even stronger and matched the power of Domi Reversi Rocks when he was branded with the Deep Sea Covenant by Imu himself. This very same Harald, who was even stronger than the average Rocks D. Xebec, was defeated by Loki in One Piece chapter 1170. That quite clearly means that his legendary Devil Fruit powers were absolutely immense.

As strong as Luffy is with the powers of Sun God Nika, he most certainly would not have been able to beat Harald with his powers at that point. This is the telling difference between the two at the moment. Loki is quite easily stronger than Luffy right now based on feats alone.
Loki’s Devil Fruit Is Either A Dragon Or Fenrir
While it is unclear what exactly Loki's legendary Devil Fruit is, fans can say for a fact that it is a Mythical Zoan. The best guess would be something tied to Norse mythology, so Fenrir or Nidhogg Dragon are at the top of everyone's list.
Based on the shadowy silhouette that fans got to see in chapter 1170, perhaps Fenrir makes more sense, especially when taking into consideration his hairy appearance as well as his claws. Fenrir would be a monstrously powerful ability for Loki to hold, and it would most definitely explain why his powers surpass those of the Sun God Nika, at least for the time being.
On the flip side, Nidhogg would also be a very incredible power for Loki to hold. Given that a Western Dragon has been teased for a long time in One Piece, it would be great if Oda were to finally introduce them in the story through Loki.
Either way, Loki's powers surpass those of Luffy for the time being, and it will take Luffy some time before he goes on to surpass Loki.
