Dragon's Devil Fruit is clearly one that allows weather manipulation, and there are only two possible fruits for him, both of which are closely related. The first one is the Wind Wind Fruit, a Logia type that allows him to manipulate winds freely, and the second one is the Storm Storm Fruit, which would allow for wind and even other elements’ manipulation, such as lightning. Either way, Dragon should be at least Yonko level, if not even stronger.
