The Worst Generation is one of the most prominent groups of pirates in the world of One Piece. The Worst Generation isn't exactly an alliance. If anything, they're rivals more than anything. However, the fact they they're the most chaotic pirate generation in recent memory means that they've officially earned the title of the Worst Generation. It's been quite a while since a group as powerful as this has shown up, and fans know very well that the Captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, Monkey D. Luffy, is a big part of the Worst Generation as well.

As Morgans said once, the next Pirate King will officially be from the Worst Generation, and that most certainly means that Luffy and Blackbeard, both of whom are members of the Worst Generation, are the most dangerous of the lot.

One Piece's Youngest Conqueror's Haki User Has Officially Been Confirmed (He's Leagues Above Luffy)
There are many conqueror's haki users in One Piece, but this one is the youngest user ever.
Thanks to the Elbaf arc's Loki flashback, fans have found out a lot more information about Blackbeard, and if there ever was a doubt about who's stronger between Nika Luffy, with Gear 5, and Blackbeard, there isn't any now. Without a doubt, Blackbeard is officially the strongest pirate of the Worst Generation now.
Fans already knew that Blackbeard was a monster, thanks to his two Devil Fruits. With the Gura Gura no Mi, he could destroy the world, and with the Yami Yami no Mi, he can nullify all the abilities. However, to add to that, Oda has now confirmed that Teach is from the Davy D. Bloodline. He inherited the strength of the Davy Clan, and more than that, he most likely has Buccaneer blood too.

Blackbeard Will Grow Even Stronger
Blackbeard is now officially special in more than just one way. The two Devil Fruits aside, Blackbeard is a Buccaneer, and on top of that, he also belongs to the Davy Bloodline. This means Blackbeard will have some of the most ferocious Haki in One Piece, and he will most certainly have advanced Conqueror's Haki as well. As the son of Rocks, Blackbeard will truly surpass him and reach a new level of power. Luffy will eventually beat him, but for now, Teach is the strongest Worst Generation Pirate in One Piece.
