Kozuki Toki was the wife of Oden and one of the most important characters in history. Toki ate the Toki Toki no Mi, a Devil Fruit that allowed her to travel in the future. The only drawback was that once she travelled into the future, there was no way for her to come back. She was originally born almost 830 years ago, so she was certainly alive during the Void Century.
Therefore, it is safe to say that Toki was knowledgeable about the events that took place within this time period. While Toki did not play an important role during the Void Century, she definitely affected the future. Her sacrifice allowed Momonosuke to travel to the future and recruit a powerful ally in Monkey D. Luffy. Without her bravery, the country of Wano would still be under Kaido's rule.

Joyboy is arguably the most important individual who lived during the Void Century. He was the first pirate in history, which is one of the main reasons why he is so significant to the story. Joyboy made a promise to the residents of Fish-Man Island, including Poseidon, but he could not keep it.
Joyboy possessed the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, which gave him access to the powers of the Sun God. When the Devil Fruit went back into circulation, the World Government tried to get its hands on the Devil Fruit. Joyboy used its power to fight the 20 kingdoms, but he could not beat them. Before his death, he left a valuable treasure on Laugh Tale, hoping that someone would find it.
