The current Yonko are made up of Luffy, Blackbeard, and Buggy, with Shanks having kept his position. All of these characters are strong, apart from Buggy, but there are other new-gen pirates who have the potential to reach the same position as them later on in the future.
Boa Hancock

Trafalgar D. Water Law has been a highlight in One Piece since the events of Punk Hazard. Law has grown tremendously since meeting Luffy, and in Wano, he was essential in the victory over the Emperors. Law, in a team up with Kid, was able to knock Yonko Big Mom off of Onigashima. This earned him a 3 billion berries bounty, and showcased just how close to the level of a Yonko he is.
In addition to all of this, Law has one of the last valuable and sought-after Devil Fruits in One Piece — the Ope Ope no Mi. This versatile fruit makes him one of a one-of-a-kind pirate.
Eustass Kid

Eustass Kid, just like Law, played a major role in Wano. Together, the two managed to deal with the threat of Yonko Big Mom. In Wano, Kid was able to show off his awakened Devil Fruit, making him a force to be reckoned with.
On top of that, Kid is also able to use all three types of Haki and he's one of the few in the Worst Generation to have this power. If Kid is still alive, he could definitely rise to the level of Yonko in the final saga of One Piece.
