The Final Saga has seen the introduction of many top-tier individuals who possess mighty abilities. Some of them even have god abilities up their sleeves. During the Wano arc, fans were made aware of the fact that God Devil Fruits exist in the world of One Piece, and these powers have now been appearing one after another. So far in the Final Saga, Oda has introduced two more god-level abilities, and there is still potential for more to show up later down the line.

  • It makes Luffy the Sun God

When it comes to the God Devil Fruits of the One Piece world, the very first one that fans saw properly was Luffy's Nika Devil Fruit. Nika was first teased by Who's Who in the Wano Country Arc, and it wasn't until much later in the arc that Nika appeared for the first time.

During Luffy's battle against Kaido, he faced a crushing defeat multiple times, but during his final defeat, things changed. Luffy faced a killing blow from Kaido, and his heart had stopped momentarily. In this particular moment, his mind and body caught up with his abilities, and that led to the awakening of his Devil Fruit. It was revealed to the fans that Luffy's real Devil Fruit was actually the Hito Hito no Mi Model: Nika. With the awakening of this Devil Fruit, Luffy essentially turned into the Sun God Nika and gained a new transformation, which is what he refers to as Gear 5, which has taken his abilities to the absolute maximum.

This free-wheeling combat…I've never seen anything like this before. He's using the powers of Armament and Conqueror's Haki to the maximum! — Kaido on Luffy's Gear 5

With Gear 5, Luffy can utilize much more strength than ever before, and most of all, he can bend reality as well, because his own imagination is his only limitation. Be it things that don't make sense or things that should be impossible for the normal human to pull off, Luffy can do it all as long as he imagines it. With the power of Gear 5, Luffy was able to defeat even the likes of Kaido, and that goes to show how deadly the godly Devil Fruits of One Piece are.

Since then, Oda has introduced more God Devil Fruits to the fans, and it goes without saying that the Final Saga is going to reveal even more later down the line. Imu, the sovereign of the world, was confirmed to have a mighty God Devil Fruit rather recently, and in the Elbaf Arc, Loki's Devil Fruit was seemingly shown to be a godly power that can destroy the world as well

The Elbaf arc of One Piece has done a great job when it comes to revealing the ultimate abilities that exist in the world of One Piece. While fans first only got to see a handful of intriguing abilities from the Holy Knights, everything flipped when Imu arrived in the most anticlimactic fashion in this arc. After taking over the body of Gunko, Imu channeled their immense power in this arc, and it was clear to see that their Devil Fruit was a godly power.

Imu's Devil Fruit was first teased in the Reverie Arc of One Piece, and back then, they were seen consuming Sabo's flames effortlessly. Imu was also seen skewering Sabo and killing King Cobra effortlessly. Now in Elbaf, more of their powers have been revealed to the fans, and it goes without saying that their godly Devil Fruit is even stronger than that of Luffy.

At its core, Imu's Devil Fruit ability allows them to utilize various Covenants. Imu can take the life span of others and grant them tremendous powers in return. Through the means of this Covenant, Imu can turn just about anyone else into their eternal slaves. Even without using the power of the Covenants, Imu can turn people into their loyal slaves using the power of Domi Reversi. Quite clearly, this power seems to be the exact opposite of Luffy's Gear 5, which brings smiles and joy to the faces of people.

Imu also seems to have some sort of spell book, and they sport giant wings and a massive tail. Quite clearly, Imu refers to themselves as the Demon God, and Oda will most certainly reveal more about their demonic Devil Fruit powers later down the line.

Elbaf Also Unveiled Loki's Legendary Devil Fruit

  • Loki refers to himself as the Sun God
  • His Devil Fruit power is deadly

Another godly Devil Fruit power that Oda went on to confirm in the Elbaf arc of One Piece belongs to none other than Loki. Fourteen years ago, Loki fought and defeated King Harald of Elbaf, and he did so with the legendary Devil Fruit of the country. For centuries, this Devil Fruit was untouched, but Loki became the first person to eat it in hundreds of years.

This strength, it's rippling through him. It's almost frightening. And now, he's immortal. It chills the spine. He's more than a monster. At this point, he's a weapon. — The Five Elders on King Harald, One Piece Chapter 1168

The true nature of Loki's Devil Fruit has not been revealed yet, but it goes without saying that this power is far greater than anything that fans can imagine. In fact, this power is so tremendous that it can harm even Imu, as was seen in the recent chapters of One Piece. Loki's Devil Fruit ability is certainly comparable to Luffy's Nika or even Imu's very own power. As such, Loki's power is most certainly a godly ability, and fans absolutely cannot wait to see more of it later down the line.

With Nika, Imu, and Loki, Oda is already establishing quite a powerful bunch of god-level Devil Fruit abilities, and fans know very well that more are going to show up in the world of One Piece later down the line. For starters, it is clear that the God of Rain, the God of Earth, the God of the Sea, and even the God of the Forest exist in the One Piece world. Just like the Sun God has their own devil fruit power, so must the other Gods that live in the world of One Piece.

Slowly but steadily, all these powerful Gods will make their presence known and add to the tremendous lore of the One Piece world, as well as introduce exciting powers in the Final Saga, pushing the story to an entirely new level.
