One Piece is currently in the Final Saga, and the Straw Hat Pirates are one of the most feared pirate crews in the whole world at the moment. Fans know very well that Luffy and the crew have grown tremendously powerful, especially after they played a major part in the defeat of the Yonko, Kaido, in Wano. Since then, the Straw Hat Pirates have themselves been named a Yonko crew. More than that, they haven't slowed down at all. The Straw Hats are continuously aiming to surpass their own limits and given their potential, they can get stronger.
October 5 Will Be A Sad Day For One Piece Anime Fans
October 5 is set to be a terrible start to the month for One Piece fans as the anime heads towards an extended break.
The Straw Hats also aren't complete right now in One Piece. As fans know very well, there is space for one more Straw Hat on the crew and Oda himself has highlighted this on multiple occasions throughout the story. In the Elbaf arc, it seems that Oda has finally decided to have a legendary Devil Fruit User join the crew, and this person is none other than the Accursed Prince of Elbaf, Loki. Luffy wants Loki to join the Straw Hat Pirates, and if such a monster joins the crew, the Straw Hats would officially be one of the most powerful forces on the seas, possibly even the strongest.

The chances of Loki being the last Straw Hat are very high. With each arc, Oda usually introduces characters that fans consider contenders to be a Straw Hat. In Zou, it was Carrot, and in Wano, fans wanted Yamato to join the crew. In the Egghead Arc, Bonney was one of the main pirates who fans believed would join up with the Straw Hat Pirates, and now, in Elbaf, it appears that Loki is yet another contender.

One Piece Is Officially Forced To Go On Break Due To Oda's Health
Oda is not doing well, and One Piece fans are worried.
That said, unlike the others, there is a much higher chance of Loki joining the crew. This is because Luffy is obsessed with him being a part of the crew and he wants to be his friend. Luffy sees that Loki isn't a bad guy, and that he has no place that he belongs to, and that's precisely why he wants him to join the crew.
If Loki were to join the Straw Hat Pirates, then he would add tremendous firepower to the crew, especially since he's a legendary Devil Fruit User. Fans know very well that Loki has a legendary Devil Fruit that was passed down from one generation to another in Elbaf. Eventually, this Devil Fruit was said to have been eaten by Loki. Of course, the circumstances around how he ate this Devil Fruit aren't quite clear, but the story certainly paints it out as if Loki is the user of this legendary Devil Fruit.

Loki Joining The Straw Hats Seems Inevitable

With his legendary Devil Fruit, Loki would be a fantastic addition to the Straw Hat Pirates and fans know that very well. This Devil Fruit would most certainly push the Straw Hat Pirates over any other Yonko crew in terms of power, and that's very exciting, to say the least. Luffy would then have three monsters under him, those being Zoro, Sanji, and Loki, with Loki being the strongest of the three.
Given that Luffy himself wants Loki, and knowing how persistent he is, it is safe to say that he's almost a member of the Straw Hat Pirates already. Only time can tell if Luffy will be able to sway him and get him to join the Straw Hat crew later down the line or not.
