One Piece has been delivering absolutely incredible chapters as of late, and it doesn't seem like that will stop anytime soon as the God Valley battle rages on in the manga. With Rocks D. Xebec having been Domi Reversi'd by Imu, fans know what's to follow is going to be an absolutely incredible fight, and it is surely going to set the One Piece fandom alight. In doing so, Oda will also be revealing a One Piece character even stronger than the Pirate King themself, perhaps on the level of Davy Jones himself.
One Piece: Oda Has Already Revealed the Only Counter to Imu's Domi Reversi
Imu's Domi Reversi is overpowered, but it has one fatal counter in One Piece.
This character is none other than One Piece's strongest, pirate from 40 years ago, Rocks D. Xebec, also known as Davy D. Xebec. As seen in One Piece chapter 1163, Rocks went up against Imu in full force and he certainly held his own for quite a while. However, his power wasn't enough to beat the sovereign of the world. Instead, he was turned by Imu using Domi Reversi, and now, the other characters, specifically Roger and Garp, are faced with the strongest force on the seas that surpasses even the Pirate King.

For centuries, no character in the One Piece world managed to reach the Final Island, Laugh Tale, and claim the One Piece. Roger was the first to do so, and one year before God Valley, he also reached Lodestar Island. Roger was the Pirate King and he was most certainly the strongest of his era, with Whitebeard and Garp being his only two equals.

But, there is one character that surpasses even Pirate King Roger in power, and that's Domi Reversi'd Rocks D. Xebec. On his own, Xebec was a monster already, and most certainly a rival to Roger. Sengoku openly called Rocks the biggest rival of Roger, implying they were close in power. While it is impossible to know who was stronger, that matters little. What fans can say for sure is that Rocks D. Xebec and Gol D. Roger were pirates with the same tier of strength.

There are many overpowered abilities in One Piece, but this one stands out as the very strongest.
But, once Rocks got Domi Reversi'd in God Valley, his shot up over Roger and Garp in terms of power. This is because Domi Reversi is clearly stated to increase the power of those who get turned drastically. Those who get Domi Reversi'd get an immortal body and insurmountable strength. Oda clearly portrays it as a very significant buff in power. In other words, Domi Reversi Rocks was even stronger than the Pirate King Roger.

Domi Reversi'd Rocks Is Still Weaker Than Imu
Imu Is One Piece's Strongest
While stronger than the Pirate King, Domi Reversi'd Rocks is still weaker than Imu. This is quite clear to see as Rocks is just not powerful enough to fight or beat Imu. If Imu can control Rocks like a pawn without even holding their true body, then there is absolutely no doubt about the fact that Imu is far stronger.
Still, after Imu, Domi Reversi Rocks is probably the strongest character in the whole story that the fans have seen, not including Joy Boy and Davy Jones.
