June 8 is a sad day for fans of the One Piece series as bad news have been revealed.
Luffy will, naturally, go up against Imu in what will be a clash to remember, but at the same time, Sanji and the others will have big fights on their plate too. This means that just like Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and some others will definitely get their hands on a new power, especially now that immortality is at play in One Piece.

Right now, Sanji is already very powerful, as is evident from his 1.032 billion berries bounty. Fans know for a fact that Sanji is strong enough to clash with the likes of the Admirals of the One Piece world, although not strong enough to beat them. But, all that has to change eventually, starting with Elbaf. While Sanji's scientific abilities will grow greatly in the future, at the same time, fans also know that his Haki will evolve with it. Sanji has two Haki types right now, those being the Color of Arms and the Color of Observation. His Color of Arms is very refined, as stated by Oda in One Piece chapter 1034. At the same time, he's known to be a master of Observation Haki, with his basic Observation being even better than that of Luffy's.
Sanji Will Gain The Haki To Bypass Immortality
Countering Immortality Is Very Important In Elbaf
For now, none of the Straw Hats know how to counter Immortality in One Piece. But, Elbaf is where that will change for good. Fans know this because just about every villain in Elbaf has access to immortality, and Sanji will obviously get a big fight here. As such, the battle against Imu and his minions will see all the fighters get a big power-up.
One Piece: Oda Hints At Bringing Back A Major Character From Death In Elbaf
A presumed dead One Piece character, might be returning to the story soon as Oda hints at it in recent chapters.
For Sanji, this power will be the Haki to bypass immortality. This is very important for Sanji, as it will finally push him up a tier. The secret to hurting the Holy Knights, Elders, and Imu isn't clear just yet. However, what fans know for a fact is that Gaban will teach them. Gaban himself did it with Haki, so it has been a Haki-related power-up. It is highly likely that this Haki is directly applied to the soul of the person, hurting their spiritual being. Sanji is set to gain this power.
Sanji Will Gain Conqueror's Haki Eventually
Another Power-Up that Sanji will get eventually in One Piece is Conqueror's Haki. This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone, especially since Scopper Gaban was confirmed to be a powerful Conqueror's Haki user, the second strongest of the Roger Pirates, along with Rayleigh. For Sanji, this power-up will come eventually.
One Piece Chapter 1151 will be out this week. As usual, One Piece is going to drop on Sunday. In Japan, One Piece drops at 12AM JST on Monday.
