One Piece: Oda Has Already Revealed Who Is Stronger Between Shanks And Mihawk
Shanks and Mihawk are both strong, but one stands on top in One Piece.
As with each major One Piece arc, Oda has delivered a flashback that goes above and beyond, and fans know very well that this is just the beginning. Along with shedding light on the likes of Rocks D. Xebec, Oda has now introduced another monstrously powerful individual who can rival even Rocks, and their clash has reverberated among One Piece fans as one of the greatest in the story.

One Piece fans were utterly stunned when Chapter 965 first dropped and it was largely because two of the biggest monsters of the world, Edward Newgate, also known as Whitebeard, and the future Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, were shown clashing. This was an absolutely monstrous clash that blew everyone away.
You look well, Roger! — Whitebeard
Out of all the Haki clashes that fans have seen so far to this day, this is the one that stands out at the very top, and much of that is down to how impactful it truly was. Haki clashes have always been phenomenal to witness in the story and when the strongest of the two go at it, it paints quite a picture. Whitebeard and Roger went on to fight a battle for 3 days and 3 nights shortly after the clash, and it ended in a tie, which meant they were equals.
Now, Oda has revealed yet another exciting Haki clash in One Piece, and one on a similar level to the Whitebeard-Roger clash from One Piece Chapter 965.
Rocks D. Xebec Clashed Equally With King Harald
Harald Is A Monstrously Powerful Fighter
One Piece chapter 1155 revealed a ton of exciting details to the fans about the likes of Rocks D. Xebec. After being told that Rocks beat an Admiral of the Navy in Marijoa, fans then went on to realize that he didn't stop just there. He kidnapped 5 Kings and then even invaded the Pangaea Castle. Eventually, he made it all the way to the Room of Flowers, where he spoke to none other than Imu, the ruler of the world.
Harald is here, right? — Xebec to Loki
Rocks D. Xebec then went on to clash with none other than King Harald from Elbaf, and that's what blew all the fans away. Harald was an absolute monster and was actually able to clash equally with Rocks, which earned him respect from the legendary pirate. Their clash was so powerful that everyone within a few kilometres was completely blown away and the skies were cleared above the Red Line. This was a clash similar to that of Roger and Whitebeard, and it went on to show that they were on a completely different level to anyone else in Marijoa, bar Imu.
One Piece: Oda Finally Confirmed Blackbeard's Endgame Role, And He Could Be Stronger Than Imu
Imu is strong, but Blackbeard might have more potential in One Piece.
Harald and Rocks Are Above Yonko Level
If there was ever any doubt, this also confirms that Harald and Rocks were both above Yonko level, and quite easily two of the strongest men of the time.
