This article contains spoilers from One Piece's Elbaf Arc.
After years of fans waiting for Oda to properly introduce Rocks D. Xebec to the story, he finally did it in the Elbaf arc, where his connection to both Loki and Harald, as well as his entire story was properly explained. For the first time, fans saw the full events of the God Valley flashback, where Rocks died, and it goes without saying that it lived up to the expectations of most readers.
One Piece: Oda Officially Confirms Zoro's New Haki Power Up
Zoro has a new power-up in store in One Piece, and it all has to do with Haki.
Rocks may be dead, however, his legacy lives through his son, Blackbeard. Curiously enough, Rocks might just have had more than one son, and Oda seems to support this idea heavily as well. One Piece chapter 1166 once again saw Oda drop a major hint about Rocks's secret second son, and it's none other than Buggy the Clown.
Oda Hints At Rocks's Being Buggy's Father
When Rocks was first introduced, Oda quickly went on to point out that he was the father of the future Yonko Blackbeard. At the time, there was no mention of Rocks and Buggy. However, immediately after, fans started noticing similarities between the two. Oda showed the fans that Rocks's face looked remarkably similar to Buggy on one side, and Blackbeard on the other. More than that, even Rocks's bounty poster looked exactly the same as that of Buggy.
Pirate King? If you can become the Pirate King then I'll become the Pirate God! — Buggy to Luffy
Turning over to Buggy, fans knew that he was found by the Roger Pirates shortly after God Valley, and just like Shanks, he had mysterious origins. Buggy’s true identity is also a big secret in One Piece, as Oda himself teased that he even wears a fake nose.
Buggy And Rocks Have The Same Hair Color
Now, the cover of Issue 52 of Weekly Shonen Jump, which carries One Piece Chapter 1166, has shown the color scheme of Rocks D. Xebec. Just as many fans expected, Rocks has streaks of blue hair, and this, when combined with their same eyes, same bounty poster, and the fact that the ages match, tells the fans that Buggy might truly be the second son of Rocks D. Xebec.

One Piece Finally Settles The Haki Vs Devil Fruit Debate Forever
Haki and Devil Fruits are One Piece's best power systems, and Oda finally settles the debate between the two.
It must also be remembered that One Piece collabed with Made in World, a clothing brand in Japan, and Buggy's description officially confirmed that he has been hiding his real face and identity from the world, and that his nose is also fake. One Piece Chapter 1095 also confirmed that Buggy's nose is not real and that he hides his true identity on purpose.

Buggy and Blackbeard will Ally In The Final Saga
Regardless of which way fans look at it, the similarities between Buggy and Rocks cannot be denied. For now, it remains to be seen how and when Buggy was born. It's been stated previously that Buggy was born in the Grand Line, which means that Rocks either had Buggy with a different woman, or Eris had already had Buggy one year before God Valley.
Help me! Roger, Garp, please, you must kill me. — Rocks D. Xebec to Roger and Garp, One Piece 1164
Buggy's birth aside, fans will most definitely find out more information about him once he joins hands with Blackbeard. At this point, this collaboration is inevitable, given that they are both being actively hunted by the Navy and they have similar goals of hunting down Marines. This collaboration could come soon in the Final Saga and fans cannot wait to see it.
