One Piece's Elbaf arc has been absolutely phenomenal so far, and at the moment, the story is diving deep into the Loki flashback, which, in turn, is covering the events from the life of Rocks D. Xebec and the other legends of the era. It goes without saying that the flashback has been an incredibly exciting part of the Elbaf arc.
One Piece: Oda Officially Confirms A Yonko Level Marine
The Marines are inferior to the Yonko, but one of the admirals stands out among the rest in One Piece.
However, One Piece fans are also waiting for the big battles between the Straw Hat Pirates and the forces of the World Government, which will, undoubtedly, unfold later on in the arc. Luffy has already taken notice of Imu and his group and is looking forward to going back to Elbaf's Sun World to engage Imu in combat. Scopper Gaban took notice of Luffy's Haki and clearly stated to him that he needs to be careful about how he uses his Haki. This means simply exuding Conqueror's Haki isn't going to work against the immortals.

Luffy needs to use his Haki in a much refined manner, and that means a new Haki Power-Up is incoming. At the same time, Oda has also shown the fans a new way of using Haki through characters like Shanks, Roger, and Rocks, and it is possible that Luffy will use it as well.

Rocks in particular, was known to have an ability to blow everything in his path away as if hit by a hammer, even though he used a sword. This is a special type of Haki, which can most likely only be used by those who have refined it greatly.
One Piece: Oda Has Already Revealed The New Straw Hat Devil Fruit User
The Straw Hat Pirates could get a new Devil Fruit user soon, and in One Piece. Fans are hyped.
So far, only Rocks, Roger, and Shanks have shown the usage of this technique. However, it is possible that Luffy too can use this ability later down the line. It would make a lot of sense if he learns to master this power and then dealt deadly damage to the likes of Imu with it.
Luffy Will Reach Shanks's Level
At the end of the Elbaf arc, it is highly likely that Luffy will reach a level similar to the Emperor of the Sea, Red Haired Shanks. This is because Luffy is going to meet him soon, and when he does, he cannot be weaker than him. A new Haki Power-Up is exactly what he needs right now.
