With some legendary characters involved in the God Valley Incident, such as Garling, Garp, Roger, Whitebeard, Kaido, Linlin, Shiki, Gaban, Rayleigh, and even Rocks D. Xebec, fans often wondered who the strongest in the world was during this war of epic proportions. Now, it has been confirmed by Oda that none of these characters was the strongest present in God Valley back then. In fact, it was none other than Imu, who took possession of the body of Saint Jaygarcia Saturn.

The main villain of the God Valley Incident was none other than Imu themself, which is something we predicted here long ago.

Imu was shown officially taking control of the body of Saint Saturn in God Valley, standing on top as the strongest on the island. At the same time, the members of the Davy Clan were all turned into demons, similar to how the inhabitants of Elbaf were transformed by Imu in the present timeline. Among the mortals, Rocks is truly the strongest in God Valley. However, overall, Imu is the strongest as his strength surpasses that of Rocks.
