The Final Saga of One Piece began with Egghead, where the crew faced the Elders, and now in Elbaf, the Straw Hats are face to face with quite a major threat.
One Piece: Oda Finally Confirms How Blackbeard Gave Shanks His Scar
Shanks has a scar from Blackbeard, and Oda finally reveals how he got this scar in One Piece.
Enemies are only getting stronger in the series, but many of the Straw Hats Pirates don’t even have basic haki yet, which is quite concerning and puts them on the back foot. However, with Nami, the Straw Hats Pirates might gain a huge asset in the Final Saga.
Nami Has Always Been Important To The Story
The Talented Navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates
Nami is one of the very first people to join Luffy on his adventure to reach the Final Island and find the legendary One Piece treasure.
Since the beginning of the story, Nami has had an important role to play, despite being physically weaker compared to some other members like Luffy, Zoro, or Sanji.
Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates. The role of navigator is probably the most essential when sailing on the Grand Line. The Grand Line is unexpected and dangerous, and only the best navigators can take their ship safely from island to island.
Nami, of course, only got better after the timeskip, and she acquired some knowledge during those two years that has proven to be essential in fighting in the New World, but what some fans don't realize is that Nami holds the key to defeating some major enemies of the World Government, which includes individuals like the Five Elders and the Holy Knights.
Nami has a Major Role To Play Against The Holy Knights
Nami Will Use Wind Knots to Store Luffy’s Haki
Nami is already very important as is, but she has a major role to play during One Piece’s Final Saga.
As many fans know by now, individuals who have made a contract with Imu acquire some powerful abilities, with one of them being immortality. With this power, an individual cannot be killed and can regenerate infinitely. However, even a power like that has a limit as seen in Elbaf. Gaban has showcased that immortality can be bypassed by using an advanced type of Conqueror's Haki.
However, not many characters have access to Conqueror's Haki, let alone advanced Conqueror's Haki. This is where Nami comes into play. During her two years on Weatheria, Nami learned to use Wind Knots, and as seen in Egghead, these knots can store Haki.
One Piece: Oda Has Already Revealed Zoro's Next Big Power Up, And It Puts Him Close To Mihawk
Zoro is gaining in power in the Final Saga of One Piece. He might soon be on Mihawk's level.
Joy Boy knew how to use these wind knots and he stored his strongest Haki in them, allowing Emeth to push back the Five Elders and knock out the Marines.
Nami could store Luffy’s Conqueror's Haki in these knots and give them to characters who cannot bypass immortality with Conqueror's Haki on their own. She will be a very powerful asset in the battles to come, and once again, be the MVP, just as she has in many other One Piece arcs.
