Powerscaling can be controversial, but one thing is for sure at this point in the story — Zoro and Sanji will surpass the Yonko by the end of the story. Kaido Was A Powerful Yonko
He Was Defeated by Luffy in Wano
Kaido is one of the most legendary figures of the One Piece world. Before his defeat, Kaido was one of the Four Emperors of the Sea, also known as the Yonko, and many believed he was the strongest of the bunch at that.
Kaido definitely showed how impressive he really was during the events of the Wano arc, where he defeated Luffy not once, not twice, but four times, and still gave him a tough fight even after he unlocked Gear 5.
Kaido’s natural body and his abilities are all very impressive. Kaido possesses the powers of the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, one of the mightiest Mythical Zoan fruits ever seen that allows him to transform into an Azure Dragon.
Kaido also possesses amazing Haki, having a few advanced forms such as Future Sight, and Conqueror's Infusion. If anything, Kaido is one of the few characters known to possess that.
Despite all of that, Kaido will have to be surpassed by the end of the story by more than just Luffy.
Sanji and Zoro Will Surpass Kaido

Sanji and Zoro are the two Wings of the future Pirate King Luffy, and many fans might forget that and underestimate how powerful these two will be by the end of the story.
Gaban and Rayleigh were the Wings of the previous Pirate King, Gol D. Roger. These two are much more powerful than fans thought at first. Gaban and Rayleigh, in their prime, should be above the power level of most Yonko. After all, in Elbaf, Gaban showcased his advanced form of Conqueror’s Haki that can damage even immortal beings like Imu, something not even Kaido has. Meanwhile, Rayleigh was confident that the only thing stopping him from beating a Blackbeard with two Devil Fruits was his age. Oda clearly states that Gaban and Rayleigh were on the same tier as Roger.

By the end of the story, Zoro and Sanji will not simply reach the level of Rayleigh and Gaban, but even surpass them, because the story demands just that. After all, the Straw Hat Pirates are facing threats far greater than the Roger Pirates.
With Advanced Conqueror’s Haki, Zoro and Sanji will definitely reach Kaido’s level and eventually, even surpass it. The Straw Hat Pirates will definitely have three characters on a level above that of the average Yonko. The only Yonko that might be hard to surpass for them will be Shanks, someone who is very far ahead of everyone else when it comes to Haki.
