Rocks is still remembered by many, and above all two great characters will carry on his will and act as his successors. These two characters are Blackbeard, his very own son, and Loki, the one that Rocks saved just by merely existing.

The next haki user of the Straw Hats has been revealed, and fans can't wait to see it unfold in One Piece.
Teach is incredibly strong and, knowing what the Government did to his father, he certainly won't be quiet. It is clear to see that Teach carries the will of his father. He sails in the ship called the Saber of Xebec, and his official goal is to claim to world, which Rocks recently stated was Imu themself. Clearly, Teach is aiming to take down Imu and this is something that excites the fans to no end.
Loki Carries The Will Of Rocks D. Xebec
Rocks's True Will Has Been Inherited By Loki
While Blackbeard had a blood connection to Rocks D. Xebec, being his very own son and a member of the Davy Clan, fans know very well that Loki is the one who carries Rocks's true will. Loki knew Rocks far more than Teach and was completely enamored by him. As a boy who wanted to kill himself, his only salvation was Rocks D. Xebec.

Loki despises the Government thanks to Rocks and he believes in overwhelming strength thanks to him as well. The reasons why Loki is as strong as he is right now is all down to Rocks and he believes himself to be the Sun God that destroys the world. Just like Rocks, Loki wants to claim the world and, unlike his father, he wants to oppose the World Government to the bitter end, if need be. Loki and Blackbeard are both very similar, yet different. They're both opposed to the World Government, but each of them has carved out a different path, and they're both worthy of being the successors of Rocks D. Xebec.
