Eiichiro Oda has created many incredible female characters, and he has made sure to give them interesting personas and powerful abilities. Recently, the author revealed two female characters who were able to hang with all the biggest names of the era.

Shakuyaku and Gloriosa were both part of the Kuja Pirates. The crew was active during the era of Gol D. Roger and Rocks D. Xebec, and they were considered idols by people around the world. At the time, Gloriosa was the captain of the Kuja Pirates, and Shakuyaku was her successor. Recently, it was revealed that the Roger Pirates clashed with the Kuja Pirates, and they were badly beaten by the latter.
It wasn't a serious fight by any means, because Roger and most of his crewmates were overwhelmed by the beauty of the Kuja. However, one cannot overlook the fact that they were beaten. Oda likely revealed this particular fight because he wanted to upscale Boa Hancock, who is also a member of the Kuja Pirates. For ages, fans have been arguing about how strong Hancock is, and the new incident involving Gloriosa and Shakuyaku has given them a good idea of what level she is going to reach.

It is worth mentioning that Boa Hancock has access to one of the most overpowered Devil Fruits in One Piece. Her Mero Mero no Mi works well because of her beauty. She can use Devil Fruit attacks to petrify her opponents, leaving them completely defenseless. The Mero Mero no Mi also affects non-living beings, as Hancock was able to petrify the head of a Pacifista with a kick. What makes Hancock's Devil Fruit so deadly is that it is nearly impossible to avoid its power. Only a person unaffected by Hancock's beauty stands a chance, but even then she can use her Haki-powered attacks to beat them to a pulp.
As previously stated, Boa Hancock has access to three types of Haki, and she can use them aptly without any problems. Hancock's strength has been acknowledged by many characters, including Sengoku and Blackbeard, which shows how highly she is rated. By the end of the series, it's likely that Hancock will reach Yonko level.

Boa Hancock will have an important role to play in the Final Saga of One Piece. Oda has been saving her for the final stretch of arcs, so it won't be long before she gets involved in the action. Boa Hancock has expressed her desire to join Luffy, so it's possible that she may be on her way to the New World. Hancock won't join the crew, so she will likely become a part of the Grand Fleet.
Luffy needs a lot of allies if he wants to overthrow the World Government, and Boa Hancock will prove to be an invaluable addition. Fans have already witnessed the strength of the Five Elders, the Holy Knights, and Imu. They know that the World Government can readily wipe out most kingdoms. So, Luffy needs Boa Hancock's strength to take them down.
