X Drake’s Devil Fruit allows him to transform into an Allosaurus, a carnivorous dinosaur, and an Allosaurus-human hybrid at will. Allosaurs may not be stronger than the popularly known T. Rex, but their bite force and speed, which X Drake inherited, are beyond comprehension. He bit a Pacifista deep enough for it to bleed with just his jaws.
His forms also allow him to shift from plain prehistoric raw power to a balance of agility and strength as the battle demands. Although he may not be the apex predator, he is a very solid one.

Including the influence of Shuron Hakke, Kaido has five forms, a record even among Zoans. He can easily change as the situation demands, but he likes having a challenge, so he usually maintains his base form.
His full dragon form is the size of a small town, and he can fly and generate clouds that can carry entire islands. Speaking of his durability, it took about thirteen people, with most of them being incredibly strong, plus Luffy in Gear 5, to bring him down. His attacking power has not even been touched, and he's already a demon. He was renowned as the strongest being for a reason.

Seemingly out of a Looney Tunes episode, he fights in the most absurd and comical manner while spreading joy and laughter. As it is not even the typical Zoan, it is probably the most unorthodox transformation in One Piece.
