The Beasts Pirates are among the strongest pirate crews in One Piece. It is led by Kaido, the strongest creature in the world. The crew was formed after Kaido broke out of a World Government facility along with his would-be right-hand man, Alber. Kaido's aim was to create a world where everyone would be equal.
At first glance, one might think that his goals were noble, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Kaido strongly believed that people could only be equal in war, so he wanted to start the greatest war the world had ever seen. Kaido was aware of the mission's difficulty, which is why he sought to create one of the most impressive armies in One Piece. The Beast Pirates had thousands of members among their ranks, but only a few managed to stand out.
8 Basil Hawkins
Basil Hawkins was a member of the Worst Generation. At one point, he had one of the highest bounties among the Supernovas. Hawkins was ready to form an alliance with Apoo and Kid to take down Shanks. However, Apoo betrayed the two and led Kaido straight to them. With no other option, Hawkins joined the Beasts Pirates.
Hawkins possesses the Wara Wara no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create and control straws. Hawkins has used it to create small dolls that represent the lives of other people. Whenever Hawkins is attacked, the dolls suffer damage, which results in the death of the person. While it is certainly an overpowered ability, there is a limit to how many Hawkins can create.
7 Black Maria

Black Maria is a member of the Tobi Roppo. She possesses the Kumo Kumo no Mi, Model: Rosamygale Grauvogeli. It is an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit that lets her transform into the ancient spider at will. When the alliance raided Onigashima, Black Maria used her guile to trick Sanji and beat him up ruthlessly.
With her Devil Fruit, she can create webs that can immobilize an individual. Black Maria's final opponent was Robin, the Straw Hat archaeologist. After a grueling fight, Robin came out on top.
6 X-Drake
X-Drake joined Kaido's crew as a part of his mission and earned a spot among the Tobi Roppo. He possesses the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Allosaurus. X-Drake has complete control over his Devil Fruit and can turn into a full beast or a human-beast hybrid at will.
X-Drake is actually a member of SWORD, and he joined Kaido's crew in order to learn more about the Emperor's plans. During the raid, X-Drake fought against the likes of Apoo, Guernica, and Maha, which is rather impressive.
5 Who's Who
Who's Who used to be a Cipher Pol agent, but he was thrown into Impel Down due to his failure to safely deliver the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika. Who's Who knew a lot about sensitive topics, and for this reason, he was targeted by the World Government. Luckily, he managed to survive and found his way into Kaido's Beasts Pirates.
Who's Who possesses the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Saber Tiger, an Ancient carnivorous Zoan-type Devil fruit that increases his strength. He often combines his Devil Fruit powers with Rokushiki to make the attacks even more deadly.
4 Jack
Jack is indubitably the weakest All-Star. He has fought many opponents, but most of the time he used underhanded means to get the better of them. Jack's Zou Zou no Mi, Model: Mammoth, gave him great strength and stamina, but it didn't help him in most of his battles.
Jack was underwhelming even in the Wano Country arc, and he suffered a lot of injuries. He was ultimately defeated by Inuarashi using his Sulong transformation.
3 Queen
Queen is one of the All-Stars and the third-strongest member of the crew. Before becoming a pirate, Queen used to be a part of MADS, an infamous scientific group led by Dr. Vegapunk. Queen has a keen intellect, and he took full advantage of spending so much time in the presence of so many great minds.
Queen made many enhancements to his body, which made him an incredibly dangerous foe. He also created many biological weapons and used them to defeat large mobs. He also ate the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus, giving him ridiculous physical strength and stamina. Using his abilities, Queen managed to knock out Big Mom momentarily. He also withstood a barrage of attacks from the Emperor, which is highly impressive.
2 King
King was the first person to join Kaido's side after the latter broke him out of Punk Hazard. He swore to protect Kaido's ambitions at all costs. King has the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon, which is an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit. It boosts his physical abilities considerably and gives him the ability to fly.
King can also use Kenbunshoku and Busoshoku Haki, and he's adept at both. However, his actual strength comes from his Lunarian lineage, which makes it nigh impossible to damage him. King can withstand multiple attacks without sustaining any kind of injury. King would have prevailed in his fight against Zoro if he had simply stalled.
1 Kaido
Kaido is the Governor-General of the Beasts Pirates. He is a ruthless individual who only respects those with a considerable amount of strength. To Kaido, wealth and peace are unimportant. Kaido worked for the Vodka Kingdom as a kid, and his strength made him famous. After some time, Kaido joined the Rocks Pirates and remained with the crew until the God Valley Incident.
Kaido left the Rocks Pirates and started his own crew. Kaido became renowned for his ridiculous strength, which earned him a spot among the Four Emperors. Kaido possesses the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to turn into an Azure Dragon. In addition to his Devil Fruit, Kaido is also able to use all three types of Haki and has mastered every single one.
