This article contains spoilers from One Piece's Elbaf arc.

In the final saga of One Piece, there is one power that Oda has introduced that reigns supreme above all, and this power is Conqueror's Haki. Of course, Conqueror's Haki in itself is not a new ability. This was first teased in the very first chapter of One Piece, and properly introduced to the fans around the timeskip, when Luffy started training with Rayleigh.

Conqueror's Haki is the power to overwhelm enemies with immense willpower. It is a power that cannot be directly trained, but grows as the user grows stronger as well. The advanced form of Conqueror's Haki was first properly shown to the fans in the Wano Arc, at the end of which Luffy learned how to utilize it in the battle against Kaido. Since then, One Piece has given the fans a good look at multiple new Conqueror's Haki users who wield it at a very high level. In One Piece Chapter 1170, which dropped recently, Oda has officially confirmed a new wielder of Advanced Conqueror's Haki, and that is none other than Loki.

  • The Power To Increase Offense And Defense With Willpower
  • Conqueror's Haki Can Overwhelm Immortality

When it comes to the Final Saga of One Piece, fans know very well that Devil Fruits are the primary power source that exists. Most top tiers in One Piece wield powerful Devil Fruits. They come in the form of Logia, Zoan, and Paramecia types. Of course, not all Devil Fruits are built equally, but all of them make the user stronger in one way or another. The other way to grow stronger and compete with the strongest in One Piece is to use the power of Haki. Some would say that using Haki is the more reliable way as well.

In the Final Saga of One Piece, Conqueror's Haki holds tremendous importance. This is especially because the elites of the World Government, such as the Holy Knights, the Five Elders, and Imu themself, are weak to Conqueror's Haki. Advanced Conqueror's Haki is an absolutely incredible weapon in that sense. Simply put, advanced Conqueror's Haki allows one to coat their entire body in Conqueror's Haki and use it to boost offensive and defensive capabilities. This type of Haki is absolutely immense and increases the damage put out by manifolds. Those who can use advanced Conqueror's Haki can stand a chance against the Holy Knights as well as the Five Elders, and of course, Imu himself.

Listen, Luffy. Haki is a power that is dormant in everyone everywhere. The ability to sense spiritual energy and overwhelm enemies is something everyone has to some degree. But most people never discover it. To never doubt, that is true power. Now watch! Most Haki can be divided into two types or colors. — Silvers Rayleigh to Luffy in Ruskaina

This level of power is absolutely incredible and it grows as the user grows stronger as well. Given how the Final Saga has been shaped up so far, one can say that advanced Conqueror's Haki is the biggest and most important weapon. Fans have already seen the Five Elders get involved in the Final Saga during the Egghead arc. Similarly, in Elbaf, the Holy Knights have made an appearance, as has Imu, through Gunko. In order to beat these enemies and also to overcome what is next after the Elbaf arc, Conqueror's Haki is absolutely essential.

As things stand, fans know that Luffy and Zoro could utilize Conqueror's Haki in Elbaf. From the old generation, Scopper Gaban is a very skilled user of this skill as well. However, fans did not know of any other new Conqueror's Haki users in the country. In One Piece Chapter 1170, Oda finally confirmed Loki as a user of this power as well.

  • Loki Has The Blood Of A Conqueror
  • His Haki Is Very Powerful

One Piece Chapter 1170 saw Loki fight against Ragnir at first. In order to consume the legendary Devil Fruit of Elbaf, Loki needed to get through Ragnir. Much to the surprise of the fans, Ragnir proved to be incredibly powerful at first. Ragnir even managed to break Loki's own hammer, which was infused with Conqueror's Haki, and that is incredible. Ragnir's power is equal to that of a top tier of the One Piece world itself, and in order for Loki to deal any substantial damage to it, he needed to channel his fullest Conqueror's Haki.

I have done all of this to help Elbaf escape the cycle of violence and fighting. Of course, I have always intended to allow those who wish to enlist in the Navy to do so, but not like this! I only wish to serve you myself. Guards, tie me to the post and call Elder Jarul and Loki quickly. — King Harald, One Piece Chapter 1168

Once Loki did that, he gained access to Elbaf's legendary Devil Fruit as well, and he then went on to become the strongest man in the country. Of course, the vast majority of the focus here goes to Loki's Devil Fruit, which fans have been obsessed with since it was first brought up. An underlying fact that many should look at is Loki's powerful Conqueror's Haki. Loki's Haki was so strong that he was able to beat Ragnir with it, a very powerful weapon that held back the likes of Harald and many others of the One Piece world as well. In other words, Ragnir itself is a top-tier Yonko-level weapon. Loki's Haki was strong enough for Ragnir to recognize him.

Coming over to the strength of Loki's Haki, it is clear to see that it was quite immense, as put forward by Scopper Gaban himself. By inflicting attacks with Conqueror's Haki, the Holy Knights, Five Elders, and of course, Imu as well, feel tremendous pain. It slows down their recovery, and once they are attacked repeatedly with it, they can even be incapacitated fully or killed. In One Piece Chapter 1170, Loki immediately transformed into his hybrid form, receiving a significant boost to his Haki. This is because Haki grows stronger with the user growing stronger as well. This is why Luffy's Haki is strongest when he uses Gear 5, and of course, similarly, Loki's Haki is strongest when he is utilizing his strongest form.

Coming back over to the fight, Loki's Haki-infused blows were powerful enough to pierce through Harald's Conqueror's Haki barrier. At the same time, Loki was able to slow down his regeneration tremendously. Loki's Haki was even able to slash through Imu's Covenant Mark, which was on Harald's arm, and bring him back to his senses. It was only after this that Loki was able to deal the final blow to Harald and kill him for good.

Loki's Haki Is Still Weaker Than Shanks's Haki

Right now, it is undeniable that Loki has one of the strongest Haki in all of One Piece. However, the Haki of one man is still greater. Six years ago in the One Piece world, Loki was finally defeated by one person, and that is none other than Red-Haired Shanks. The fact is that Shanks is now officially stronger than King Harald, Rocks, or even Roger and Whitebeard.

Loki himself is above the level of these characters, and Shanks is above Loki's level, which makes him a true monster. Of course, Shanks does not use any Devil Fruit, so the only way he beat Loki was with his pure Haki power. It is undeniable at this point that Shanks is the strongest Haki user in One Piece, with Loki being right behind him.
