Following the conclusion of the Oshi no Ko manga, fans were distressed by its ending. A novel was released after the manga ended, which expanded on the finale further. But that didn't seem to win fans over, and they lamented over its lackluster ending.

With fans frustrated by the manga's ending, Studio Doga Kobo will have to try its best to ensure that the anime's third season doesn't let them down. Until now, the studio has done a fabulous job at adapting the manga, and fans will be hoping that it continues with season 3. The new season being released in 2026 is rather telling.

It clearly shows that Studio Doga Kobo does not want to rush anything and gives its staff enough time to weave their magic. Already, anime fans have seen how many titles were butchered by studios because their development was rushed. Hopefully, Studio Doga Kobo takes note and refrains from doing such a thing.
