After you pick up the Auntie's Choice Brand Distress Signal on Paradise in The Outer Worlds 2, and listen to it, you'll get the 'The Lab That Shouted Incoherently and Often' quest. How to Get Inside the Farm in The Lab That Shouted Incoherently and Often Quest in Outer Worlds 2
There are two ways you can get onto the farm. The first is to simply go in all guns blazing and take the fight to the hostile farmers. Depending on your level, you might need to take this slowly, as there are a lot of them. Make sure to use your companion's abilities and your inhaler to keep your health topped up and thin out the number of enemies. Once they're all taken care of, you can just walk on inside through the main entrance.
Alternatively, you can sneak into the farm. To do this, approach the building from the southwest and look for a large grey cylindrical container. Jump on top of it and then onto the brown containers closer toward the building itself. Then jump over the gap and climb on the boxes to reach a conveniently open vent that leads you inside the building.
Once inside, there are two more guards to take care of. You can either sneak past them or take them out. There's a good chance that if you decided to fight your way into the barn that they've run out, and you've killed them in the fray there.
Eventually, you'll find Omid Ormsby on the other side of some glass, who will ask you to download a data cartridge and obtain some red spore samples.
How to Get the Data Cartridge in The Lab That Shouted Incoherently and Often Quest in Outer Worlds 2
The data cartridge's location is in the middle of a hostile base, but it's marked on your map so you can just head straight there. There are a few enemies here, but nowhere near as many as there were at the farm, so this is a much easier fight to handle.
Once you've taken care of the enemies, head inside the small hut to find a terminal you can interact with. Select the 'Download Data' option, and you're ready to move on to collecting the red spore samples.
How to Collect Red Spore Samples in The Lab That Shouted Incoherently and Often Quest in Outer Worlds 2
To collect red spore samples in Outer Worlds 2, head to the marked objective location on your map and look for red plants that you can interact with. Select two of these and collect the spores, and the objective will be complete. The area where the spores can be found is highlighted with a radius marker on your map, so they should be pretty easy to find.
The tricky part of this objective is the Raptidons that populate the area and will attack you on sight. These can quickly overwhelm you if you're at a lower level, so make sure you've got plenty of inhaler charges and ammo so they don't get the better of you.
How to Synthesize the Antidote in The Lab That Shouted Incoherently and Often Quest in Outer Worlds 2
Head back to the farm and give Ormsby the requested items. In return, he'll give you the Chemical Counteragent, which you can then use with the synthesizer (terminal) to your left to create the antidote. If you have your Medical skill at level 4, you can make improvements to it but this isn't necessary to complete the quest.
Give your synthesized antidote to Ormsby, and if you've got one level in your Speech skill, you can tell him yes, but it's going to cost him more. Doing so will get you 350 Bits. Whether you extort more Bits out of him or not, you'll also get +3 reputation with Auntie's Choice and 540XP.
Head into the room that Ormsby is in once the quest has finished and loot the container to get an Escape Suit, Adreno Spume Boom Starter Plus, and some Heartless Laphoria.
