Dawson said on his Twitter that one of the development team's thoughts is to transfer more of Mauga's power to award aggression. For Orisa, the dev revealed that she's due to a look "in terms of where the power budget" is allocated. The Numbani protector has already begun to receive changes in this direction with the removal of falloff damage in the most recent patch. Mauga, Overwatch 2's biggest controversy in Season 8, got harsh nerfs to curb his firepower.
