In Palia, you, Zeki, Caleri, and Elouisa will all take a trip to a mysterious set of islands where you will discover a bunch of new creatures and contraptions that don't exist on the surface. As you adventure through this area, you will be given a few different tasks by the rest of the team that you must complete in order to move on.
After you've completed some of these necessary tasks, you will receive the Eye of the Storm quest from Zeki, which will require you to find something to pick a lock, and solve a puzzle. Here's how you can complete the quest.

How to Unlock Eye of the Storm Quest in Palia
To unlock the main quest, Eye of the Storm, you will need to complete a set of quests beforehand. There will be quite a few main quests that you will be required to complete at the very beginning of your adventure through Palia, but eventually, you will come across the following quests that must be done to unlock Eye of the Storm:
- Like a Bird
- Echoes of the Unknown
- Look to the Sky
- Silver-winging It
- It Takes a Village - Caleri
- It Takes a Village - Zeki
- It Takes a Village - Elouisa
This string of quests will eventually take you to the mysterious temple that leads to the floating islands, where you will need to complete a few tasks for the villagers Caleri, Zeki, and Elouisa. Once you've done this, you will eventually get a notification that the Eye of the Storm quest has been unlocked, and you will want to return to Zeki on the main island.

While there are countless spots to cast a line in Palia, a few of them stand out above the rest.
How to Complete Eye of the Storm in Palia
To get started on Eye of the Storm, return to the main island where you placed all the Warm Silverwing Eggs. When you arrive, talk to Zeki to get going.
Explore the Final Island
Once you've talked with Zeki, turn around and follow up the ramp just behind him, where you will see a large island with a glowing yellow circle. Jump across here, and use the draft to get to the other side. Then, climb up the right side of the island and turn left, and head to the back until you see a golden door with a blue center, as shown in the second image above. Activate the Flowstone Gate just in front of here.
Find Something to Pick the Lock
Then, the owner of the Black Market, Zeki, should appear, and you will want to talk to him. You will need to find something to pick the lock on the door here. While facing the door, turn to your right, and then back towards where you came from. Climb up the vines, and then jump across to the arrow ladder shown in the third image above. Up here, turn left and follow the floating stone path. Then, turn right and go down the grassy path.
Next, make another right and jump into the draft to reach the upper level. Jump onto the arrow ladder, and make your way up. Follow the floating stone path here as well. At the top, turn left until you spot the glowing Flow Generator Fragment on the ground, as shown in the fourth image above. Pick this up, and then return to Zeki below. You can reach him just by jumping off the ledge and flying down to the area marked on your compass at the top of your screen.
Solve the Sliding Puzzle
Finally, enter the room and solve the sliding puzzle by approaching it. To complete it, all you will need to do is slide the pieces on the board to match the second image shown above. You can just slide these around until you get them in the right order, which might take a bit of trial and error, but it should be relatively simple. Afterward, you will have successfully completed Eye of the Storm, with the reward of increased friendship with Elouisa and Caleri, as well as 30 Renown.
