4 Using Current Pal

6 Diversity

There are twelve work traits for pals and each pal has a different set of points in them. Beginner pals usually have low points in their work skills and are not likely to have more than one work type. Constantly analyzing and switching base pals for ones with better level skills is a great way to gradually improve base efficiency.

Using pals with a high level of one work skill is better than jack-of-all-trade pals, as they work much faster. Having one or two good transporting pals is essential for larger bases as no player enjoys manually moving any items.

7 Ore Base

Establishing a second base quickly is essential to stay on top of all the metal requirements players will have later in the game. Players can create a second base once their first one reaches level 10. The second base should be devoted to mining ore at an ore-rich location.

The main requirement to set up a secondary base is to use a few miner pals alongside one or two transport pals and a feed box. Since bases allow players to fast travel, players can easily move the harvested ore to their main base where it will be smelted and used. It's also recommended to use dark-type pals, as they will continue to work throughout the night and harvest ores as soon as they spawn.
