Palworld is inhabited by Pals of all shapes and sizes. Some look ferocious and dangerous, towering over other Pals and even players. Others are quaint and nondescript, yet dependable at the base or in battle. Then there are Pals that ramp up their cuteness factor to ten and beyond.
While cuteness is subjective, some Pals are designed to be more appealing than others. From walking fluff balls that have doe eyes and adorable features, to seemingly lumbering behemoths that are quirky yet loveable and huggable appearances, here are the cutest Pals in the game.
10 Lamball
Netural Type Pal
Lamball is one of the starter Pals players will encounter during Palworld, and is commonly found around various regions across the map. This ball of fluff resembles an adorable lamb. When provoked, it uses its signature attack is Roly Poly, which sees it curl into a ball and quickly spin and try rolling onto its target. One of the first quests players need to do when establishing their headquarters is to catch Lamballs to improve their player level.
Having Lamballs at the base is quite handy, as they are great helpers during the early stages of the game. They can handle basic Handiwork, Farming, and Transporting tasks.
9 Relaxaurus
Dragon-Water Type Pal
Considered the unofficial mascot of Palworld,
Relaxaurus is a bipedal dinosaur-like Pal that has an oafish-yet-endearing look about it, which oddly suits its gigantic size. With its beady eyes, a big belly, and baby blue-colored hide, some players might forget that this Pal has a strong dual typing of Dragon and Water.
Trying to take down a Relaxaurus at the early levels can be a tall order, since they usually travel in pairs in the wild. They are especially deadly when a group of ten or more suddenly make a beeline and rampage through a player’s base.
8 Teafant
Water Type Pal
Other than the extremely strong Mammorest roaming the territory where players spawn in the early game, it is possible to have an elephant-like Pal. This is thanks to the adorable
Teafant.
Palworld: 10 Best Water Pals, Ranked
Expanding the Water Pal roster Is crucial for defeating Fire enemies!
A clever mix of a teapot and an elephant, this Pal's design oozes cuteness as it wades along shallow pools and ponds across various regions. Teafant are docile Pals, and will only attack when provoked. If there are other Teafants in the area, they will join forces to try and dispatch the attacker with their Water-based attacks.
7 Woolipop
Neutral Type Pal
As far as appearances are concerned,
Woolipop are targeted to be on the cuter side of Pal designs. Woolipop looks like a cross between a sheep and a poodle. Its wool is pink and has a fluffy, cotton candy-like texture.
According to its Paldeck entry, predators that catch a Woolipop’s scent will try to catch and devour it. However, due to the Woolipop’s incredibly sugary body, any predator that tries to take a bite out of it will pass out from a self-induced sugar crash.
6 Cremis
Neutral Type Pal
Speaking of dessert-themed Pals,
Cremis is another Pal designed to look like a puffy confection that happens to also look like a small dog. Cremis has a distinct fluffy white coat that is wrapped around its neck. The white coat looks like a delectable vanilla ice cream scoop or a creamy cloud.
Cremis are so-so in combat, and are more useful as base Pals. This is due to their Fluffy Wool passive, which grants them a chance to drop Wool when assigned to Farming tasks.
5 Chillet
Dragon-Ice Pal
Chillet is one of the cutest Pals in the game. It looks like a weird ferret-lizard hybrid that sports an adorable face, eyes, and ears. Most players have their first encounter with Chillet as a mini-boss. If they capture it and create its saddle, it becomes one of the most fun mounts to explore the world in.
Palworld: Best Ice Pals, Ranked
Ice element Pals are handy to have around in Palworld, and these are the best options to catch.
Its dual typing of Ice and Dragon makes Chillet a great addition to a player’s party. Having an early Ice and Dragon type Pal provides good coverage against enemies they will encounter.
4 Foxparks
Fire Type Pal
Fire-type Pals in Palworld have a diverse range of creature designs. Most Fire Pals have a cool or edgy look to them, while Pals like
Foxparks ramp up the cuteness factor. As its name suggests, this Pal looks like a fox cub that has its feet and tail lit ablaze.
It looks especially adorable when players encounter it just before twilight. Its flames make it easy to spot, and when they run, the fire gives them a mischievous vibe that is highly appealing.
3 Depresso
Dark Type Pal
For players who go against the grain and find grumpy-looking Pals captivating,
Depresso is the Pal for them. This diminutive Dark type Pal sports a curmudgeonly look that some players can connect with. They also have an annoyed stare that gives off an “I’m so done” energy that goes well with its typing.
Depresso are found at night, and will attack players if they spot them, keeping to its grouchy demeanor. However, if players are accompanied by higher-leveled Pals, they will keep away or even run away to safety.
2 Flopie
Grass Type Pal
Flopie is the helper Pal in Palworld. They are peaceful, bipedal cat-rabbit hybrid creatures that float around and tend to plants and trees in the forest. They have green leaves on their chest that look like a green bowtie, and their long hair flows and seems to be tied up like pigtails.
Palworld: 10 Useful Pals That Only Have One Work Suitability
While having Pals that can do multiple jobs is great, keeping specialized Pals can keep your base operating at maximum efficiency.
As a party member, Flopie floats around the player, and will pick up nearby items. They are great base Pals as well, since they can handle a lot of roles like Planting, Gathering, Handiwork, Medicine Production, and Transporting.
1 Quivern
Dragon Type Pal
The Dragon-type Pals in Palworld are either imposing or silly when it comes to their design.
Quivern is right smack in the middle of this spectrum, as it looks both menacing and huggable. It has a cottony-white complexion, with majestic wings, and a fluffy-looking body that feels heavenly to snuggle with (according to its Paldeck entry).
Quivern also have large, expressive eyes that let their human companions know whether they enjoy being petted, or if they are about to unleash a devastating attack. This Pal can turn on the cuteness or the danger at a whim, and that makes it a go-to companion.
